This has been an AMAZING laptop. It's faster than I expected and handles everything I throw at it. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this computer for my daughter to take to college and her dad, an IT guy, was so impressed he bought one for himself. They both have loaded them with programs and they are still very fast. Will buy another for my next college student this fall.

Overall perfect performance for docs and internet access, runs well with a couple of video games as well.

I love my new laptop. Love working with a 15.6 size screen, but it is still light weight for travel.

Quality product. I got it on sale for $599.99 and I've had it for about a month so far and no issues. I also haven't had any loading issues, but to be fair I haven't tried any high demand tasks besides some light video editing.

Took my newly purchase HP back to uprade to this laptop. I love all of the amazing features including the back lit. Keyboard, but the fact that I have a Samsung Galaxy phone and earbuds makes it even better!!! The pairing features on the laptop for control of all Samsung products is AMAAZZZZING! Love the graphics and glare resistant screen. I want another!!

Great updated computer samsung so much faster the light on keyboard very nice . Easy to type and get around. For a basic computer user it work great. Added microsoft 365 works well still trying to figure out programs. The crisp color on screen great .

I love this laptop. My old one broke, and this was easy to transition to from a user perspective. It allowed me to easily transfer information and setup, and the speed of the laptop is amazing.

Great laptop for everyday use! I purchased this same one about 2 years ago and it's still running like new. I purchased this one for my daughter and she loves it. Mine is over 2 years old and I have had zero complaints about it and it's still running as well as day one. Highly recommend if you are looking for a laptop under 1K.

It was a decent computer but already have a laptop it was fast decently quite but it gets a four start due to battery life.

Nice machine for the price. Setup was smooth and has worked well so far. Purchased a month ago and have had no issues. Screen size is nice, keyboard feels good. Touchpad is not as nice as Apple laptops but is good for a Windows machine. Would purchase again if looking for Windows laptop in medium price range.

Thrilled! Got this new laptop to replace my aging one. It was easy to set up. Haven't had any problems with the new Windows 11. Added a fingerprint reader to make logins a breeze. Purchased it online with pickup at the Greensboro NC store. They had it ready before I could drive there. Overall, it was an excellent purchase experience.
