Josh (bestbuy employee) helped me pick-out one of the best laptops I ever purchased. I used to love macbooks but just could't afford to dish out that type of cash. Seems more solid than HPs, Dells or others. However, it does come with more Samsung software and options that you might think are bloatware. Always used Dell and HP before and you won't go wrong there. This is more of a step up - not necessarily better.

It was easy to setup and transfer my old laptops files to it. It is fast, responsive and reliable. Turning on is a breeze and fingerprint startup is great. It could be a little brighter but it makes up for it in speed.

New Laptop

Cord is much less bulky than old laptop cord. Had to purchase auxiliary ports but that’s probably typical.
