The terms I was given were so good, affordable and unbelievable. In a period I asked them to give me to pay it off, it really happened with no stress. Now I fully own it. Thanx Best Buy for giving me a chance for flexibile payments. The laptop is good and user friendly

I like the metal case. My plastic HP/Dell were plastic and I was duct taping it together. DIsplay is wonderful. I am using the battery saver but the battery is only lasting a few hours. Might be this individual battery. I would purchase again. Now to see how long it lasts....

I only really use it as a gaming computer for sims 4 ( I have almost every expansion pack but I keep it on a separate hard drive) and my load screens are almost none existent and the screen size is fantastic

I also haven't had any loading issues, but to be fair I haven't tried any high demand tasks besides some light video editing.
