I love the keyboard set up on this laptop. It's similiar to the dell or microsoft. I personally don't like when the letters and keys are huge.the numeric keyboard was awesome to have as well. When it came in I didn't realize the display was that of the non-touch screen so instead of your bright almost phone-like screen that you get on the 2 in 1 laptops (laptops that fold into tablet mode and are touch screen), so I was a bit disappointed but that was my fault for not paying much attention to the pictures. When I turned the laptop on it was pretty loud. Hubby reminded me that it was due to being turned on and booting everything up. After a couple of times it was still loud and got hot after 30-40 mins. Like i said, it's possible I got a defective product or it could be due to it being only the base model as well. I've heard that the 360 model and ultra model run amazingly! In my opinion, if you're going to get a samsung book don't get the base model (book4) get the 360 or the ultra model. You get what you pay for. While yes, they are much more expensive you are also paying for better display and a flawless experience.

I haven't brought it in to have my data transferred yet so tbh I'm not sure how much I'm going to love love love it but I'm sure I will. It looks dazzling in the box!! lol. I'm a little intimidated by it but the sales person said it was the one he would buy if he was the one making the purchase. He assured me it includes "All the bells and whistles" .....What's not to like about that? Just saying ;-)

This laptop has been working out great for me. Big screen, laptop is feels sturdy but not heavy. Performs great as my personal computer for managing my finances and research work

This is literally the 3rd of these laptops that we have bought; each one for use at a church. We are VERY happy with their performance and reliability. In fact, we'll probably buy another soon for our Youth Director!

Great speed, easy to use, does exactly what I need it to do. Boots up quickly. I am using it for both business and personal use.

I'm extremely happy with everything about this laptop. It blows an identical size, processor and GB HP laptop out of the water. Even Windows 11 runs better on the Galaxy compared to the HP. I would recommend the Samsung Galaxy Book4.

Love this laptop. The operating systems has (so far) run smoothly, starts up quickly, doesnt run too hot and battery life is great. No complaints at this point in time!

It's an excellent laptop, I use it almost every day and it works very well. It is lightweight, thin and comfortable to carry. The internet connection is smooth and the connection with devices is also smooth. I'm happy with my laptop.

Great little laptop. Nice and fast and no problems with it at all.

Love this laptop, was a little worried because its a Samsung and I didn't know they made laptops. But I'm greatly pleased with everything except that it doesn't support DirectX 12 which is needed to play some newer games of 2025. Also there's no camera but I like that it doesn't.

Solid little laptop. Not going to do anything special, but if u want a decent laptop for the money, go with this!
