I’ve always used a Mac so maybe I just need to get the hang of this. Also, battery runs out quicker and I need to keep it plugged in.

Salesperson took extra effort to help me by searching stock and inventory until we found it at another store Geek squad Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my laptop

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's normal for the fan to get louder if the PC is working hard and should quiet down when the task is complete. Gaming and video rendering are notorious for pushing a computer. If the fan is running hard during normal use, there's a few things that can be done. Please take a look at, "Samsung PC cooling fan noise" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your PC.
