Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Samsung PC will not turn on or show any indication of charging, don't worry, there are some methods you can try to fix the problem. You should check that you have a good power outlet and that any external monitors are properly connected, powered on, and on the correct source. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Samsung PC's touchpad is not working, it may simply be locked or disabled. There is an easy way to unlock it and get the touchpad working again. If that doesn't do the trick, resetting the driver or installing updates could help. If all else fails, try a factory reset.
