Great laptop for $550. I've had this laptop for 7 months and I haven't had any issues. It's extremely light, has a great battery life and it's able to run several programs without any issues.

I had a laptop the same brand before this purchase this one is even better than the last one. Runs smoothly works well for me mostly used at night for browsing reddit and streaming shows. Sometimes I play games that don't need much ram or graphic power to run like big fish games.

I am happy with the laptop in general. I was most impressed with the salesperson that sold it to me. He was well informed, polite and helpful. The sales person that helped me that day should be given a raise. I have had know-it-all geek sales persons at Best Buy before and I had resolved to never go into one again. I was talked into trying Best Buy again and was very happy with both the product and service. I guess it is hit or miss. Arrogance is not a good trait in your sales team.

Great Screen, Fast Processor, Good Cooling but a mediocre battery life. Built well and keyboard + trackpad work fine.

Love it my last chrome book gave up the ghost I have several Samsung devices so it is nice to link them. I love the speed and the feel of the keyboard. I would buy it again if I were still in the market. It is light weight and has a large enough screen for everything.

This computer is good and fast I got it during the president day deal I got for 500 i would recommend this laptop for mid gaming and for school.

Got this as a budget computer for school. Works very well very happy with it ive only had it for a month now will update if anything changes i have heard people have issues with the screen. None for me yet. So far so good!

A decent laptop for decent price. Good - Get it during a deal, don't pay full price. RAM 16 gb does the job, boot time is good Intel 7 is pretty good for anything serious, but not for heavy lift like Video editing, or gaming Not so good - (IMO) If you want touch screen, this is not for you, I prefer non touch Definitely on the slower side for graphics card Expensive if you paid full price! Overall - no complaints, but doesn't have the wow factor!

Bought the computer for school, it has worked great, speed is perfect for assignments and my wife is able to do things at home with it too.

It was an open box purchase. so far so good, the display and speed are good.
