This is a decent laptop, I have had it for over a year now and had no problems yet.

Good, fast Win 11 computer. Seems more solid than HPs, Dells or others. However, it does come with more Samsung software and options that you might think are bloatware. Always used Dell and HP before and you won't go wrong there. This is more of a step up - not necessarily better.

Very Good Laptop, the aluminum body is a huge selling point for me, had dell, the plastic body / hinge area broke twice in a year n half of owning it from new only down fall, as with all brands, they load you up with all their programs that i don't need or want, so i spend time deleting them the power cord is a good improvement C type seems a lot lighter in weight then the dell also.

Seamless connection to all my samsung devices. Great speed and reliabilty. Fingerprint sensor works 98% of the time Id get an external mouse, mouse pad feels like it will break with too much pressure

Got lucky and grabbed this on deal of the day. Glad i did. Very pleased with the purchase. Operates and performs well. Handles microsoft windows well with smooth operation. Bluetooth works well and connects to compatible devices smoothly. Disply is clean and clear.

Good price! Computer is fast but would like a larger hard drive 16 gig of memory is nice 512 gig HDD is ok. Also it would have been nice if it had dvd player/Twitter. Main thing I like it records the screen without having to buying any software.

Nice feeling keyboard with backlit keys and a secure SOC. The unique keyboard layout makes it a little hard to configure with linux distributions though.

Overall perfect performance for docs and internet access, runs well with a couple of video games as well.

Needed a new laptop since my aging HP was getting tired. I have several other Samsung products and figured I would give the Galaxy Book a try. I was not disappointed as it fills all my needs and then some. Was not expecting it to sync to my phone, a nice added perk. As I've learned in the past, you can't go wrong with Samsung.

Love my laptop its convenient when im out somewhere when i need work on something.

I ordered my computer online and i had it in a couple of days very easy transaction. The only worry was it being delivered to the right address with this crazy mail system. Its a wonderful computer I would order again.

The laptop is great. Easy start and fairly light. Bought online and picked up at the store. The day after I bought the price went down and the store gave me the price difference smoothly. The entire purchase was smooth and I felt I bought it based on well informed specs.

Decent computer. No issues with being slow. Isn’t loud. Some challenges figuring out how to integrate fully connecting my Samsung phone to the computer. Graphics & sound are decent. The only weird thing is some of the download pop ups are outdated which is weird.
