Keeps restarting, having issues

It looks great, the specs are great, but, it constantly restarts, and half the time the restarts are slow. I walk away for 5 minutes and it has restarted. It loses WiFi connect and I have to restart. I've gotten the blue screen twice. It's only a few months old. Usually love Samsung products, extremely disappointed

Samsung Recovery has options for creating a backup, performing a reset, and even restoring the Windows OS. Only purchased because it was on sale. The numeric keys on the right of the keyboard seem “off” and the +-*\ keys are in odd places. The keyboard doesn’t feel natural when you’re typing.

Gaming will work but is very limited. Memory is not sufficient for games nor are the graphics. At the time, I did not know I would be gaming as much as I am, so, if you want to game, this isn't the right choice. Otherwise, I have no complaints
