I like that everything in the Samsung "ecosystem" is very well integrated.

I would recommend if you use for surfing the net and checking emails. I’m sure you can use it for more things but this is what my better half uses it for.

Salesperson took extra effort to help me by searching stock and inventory until we found it at another store Geek squad Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my laptop

I’ve always used a Mac so maybe I just need to get the hang of this. Also, battery runs out quicker and I need to keep it plugged in.

I thought the c plug charger was a little strange but has been great with all the chargers laying around the house.

Very disappointed (lagging and fan noise)

Video playback on YouTube can be infuriatingly slow, with constant lagging (same videos on my phone play fine). Plus the fan noise is high even with minimal resources being used. I would not buy this again and may be trading it in or simply junking it. Oh...and battery life is average at best.

Please check your internet connection and close any other resource-intensive programs that may be running in the background. It's normal for the fan to get louder if the PC is working hard, and it should quiet down when your task is complete. Gaming and video rendering are notorious for pushing a computer as well. If the fan is running hard during normal use, there's a few things that can be done.
