I was so exited about finally getting a new laptop. I was replacing an older Samsung, I finally bit the bullet and just bought the new one when the software I needed to use wouldn't work because it was a little behind the time. The new one has everything I was expecting and it so easy to get started. I took me less than hour to get things moved onto the new machine and when I was done, all of my Microsoft 365 tools were there and I could access all of my files in the cloud. The few questions i've had were very to find answers for.

Received my new laptop today. This is exactly what I needed! Something very lightweight that I can bring to work to do my coursework. The battery life is great too. There is only one thing you should know before purchasing. If you are a big 10-key user, take a look at the layout. The zero is on the left, instead of the middle. Unfortunately I use 10 key quite a bit, so this is going to be difficult to get used to but overall I love the laptop and I'm very happy with it.

This 15.6" Samsung laptop is a fantastic upgrade from my old 14" model. I'm enjoying the extra screen real estate while keeping the sleek and portable design. It has all the ports I need, a speedy processor, and seamlessly connects with my Samsung S24 phone. I got it at an amazing price during the pre-Black Friday sale. Thanks, Best Buy!

So i got this laptop about 3 months ago back in august, and it is still going strong. Im not super knowledgeable about computer stuff, but im able to do everything i wanted to do with it. Im able to do my schoolwork, i have steam and im able to play games, i dont really play high graphics games, but it can run phasmophobia, minecraft stardew valley, overwatch, and others but those are my main ones i play. I can watch youtube or netflix and i think it looks great compared to my phone graphics, and im even able to stream on twitch. If youre looking for a laptop that wont cost a fortune i definitely reccomend this, i bought it for myself because i just got my first job and had been wanting a laptop.

Besides the fact that the hard drive is smaller than I would have hoped being only 512 GB, I am quite happy with this laptop. The fact that it has a 16GB Memory is a big help considering my old laptop had only 8GB. It is light, seems fine to do daily stuff, and while it struggles a little when I am doing too much, it is otherwise fine. Oh, it turns on every time you open it, I would prefer being able to just press the power button, but I have gotten used to it.

This computer has definite lived up to all we hoped it would be. Its fast, its dependable. The battery life is a little shorter than I had hoped but the positive for this device outweigh any concerns, it is solidly built, it runs cool. It is a great computer. I would definitely buy it again.

Upgraded from a 2013 laptop and the speed is amazing... wow. I thought i was satisfied with my old laptop, but the 16gb of ram tells a different story. It handles day to day things with ease like streaming shows or movies, etc. I also use it to edit videos with programs like davinci and capcut. There is no lag unless I have hours of footage and effects. It's also great that I have a Samsung phone that intergrates with the computer. I'm so estatic with my purchase

I bought this laptop for my wife who is an audiobook narrator and actor. She goes out on tour 2-5 months each year and I wanted to get her something capable but easier to carry around than the Acer Nitro 5 I got her several years ago (great laptop but on the big/heavy side). Her main use case is using it to audio record and edit on Audible and do some light video editing from video shot on her iPhone. She's had this laptop for a year now, and it's still going strong. No appreciable battery life loss and it has held up to a lot of travel. If you want a PC laptop with a competitive form factor and battery life of a Mac, you could do much, much worse.

I just bought this to replace a 10 year old Samsung ATIV book 4 that literally died a few months. First the good:I love the specs on this laptop and it is alot thinner and lighter than my previous laptop which is a plus. The screen is amazing. I don't like touchscreens (I have the A9+ tablet for that:). This laptop is fast which is what I love about Samsung devices. I was easily able to connect all of my current Samsung devices to this laptop during set-up. The speakers are loud enough for my use since I'm not going to be using it for gaming or anything that requires cinematic surround sound volume (that's what a tv is for). Now for the one issue that I did have: I had to replace the first laptop because it completely froze during set-up. I tried everything and even a walk-thru with Samsung tech support (they were great btw) it still didn't fix the issue. I returned to BB who quickly exchanged it for me. I was very happy with the customer service of both Samsung and BB during the return process. Definitely recommend this laptop especially if you're already a Samsung device owner..syncing makes my life so much easier.

I've been using this laptop for a week now and it's actually pretty good. The non-glare screen is nice. Thou this is a 1080p LED screen it's sharp. I upgraded the SSD to a 2tb Samsung. I noticed there's another SSD slot next to it so I will be installing one for extra storage. No extra RAM slots to be upgraded. Keyboard has a nice travel, quiet and the backlit has three stages. I luv the number keys and the large mousepad. Sadly the stated battery life is less than stated. With energy saver, mid brightness and dark mode on the battery life on average is only around five hours. Fit and finish is awesome. The ethernet port, two USB-C and USB-A ports is a plus. I got this as an Excellent open box model and it's worth the price

This Samsung-Galaxy Book4 laptop is a great buy, Very sharp screen image, fast, and with lots of memory.

Replaced a laptop that was not capable of Windows 11 update. Was a tremendous value at the sale price. At first I was concerned with the matte screen, but is a real plus when I use it where there is a light source behind me. I'm not a gamer, so don't need a prmium premium graphics. Does everything that I need it to do, and then some.

A family member needed a reasonably priced computer to replace their old one that didn't support Windows 11. Picked this up for $390 a while back as an open box. It was in like new condition, so I'm very satisfied. She uses it for office work, paperwork, zoom calls, and managing her photos. For this, it works great. Build quality is excellent as with most Samsung products. I do wish it used a regular barrel DC jack instead of only have USB-C charging, simply because those seem more robust, but so far so good, and I know that's the way the industry is going. Unlike some other OEMs, Samsung doesn't include a bunch of bloatware, just a few things that were easy to uninstall. I'd definitely consider this computer again or recommend it to someone. Especially if it's under $400 - what a deal!
