I really love this laptop! It is quick and does what I need it to do. The only downside I could find is it doesn't have a touch screen, but that's not really a deal breaker for me. The battery life is ok. I usually use this laptop at my kitchen table which is right next to a plug so that's not really an issue for me either. Overall tho, I would highly recommend this laptop!

Great updated computer samsung so much faster the light on keyboard very nice . Easy to type and get around. For a basic computer user it work great. Added microsoft 365 works well still trying to figure out programs. The crisp color on screen great .

Good computer for what I'm using it for which is pretty much just entertainment and few zoom classes.....aka nothing extensive. I can't say how good it is for any technical work. Only thing is, the battery is not as lasting as I thought it would be. Unplugged, it drains in about 3.5 hours. Also, the speakers are not good when listening to zoom classes, I have to bluetooth it to a different speaker. I bought it on sale and it was around $500. No way is it worth more than this, at least for me.

Enjoying my new computer especially the AI Copilot! This model is not a touch screen which has been a little hard to get used to given my work computer is. However, the sleek design and operating efficiency makes up for it. I am unsure about the battery life and have a slight concern it may not be as efficient as I am used to, but still highly recommend this computer for the price!

This is the second purchase of a Samsung Galaxy that I have made. It is an excellent machine, runs smoothly, and can handle large projects. It is very user-friendly and easy to configure. Also, very compact and easy to travel with. I highly recommend this item to anyone looking to replace a computer.

This Samsung Laptop is great. The keys are super easy to type with and the locations of all the ports are in the perfect spots. The on/off button is located to the upper right of the "Num Lock", this is so much better than my old Dell that had the "on/off" on the side and when you went to pick the laptop up--you always hit it and it would shut down. Super light and amazing Screen.

Excellent Laptop , Sleek & light design , Bargain price for what you get

I bought this computer strickly for my coin collecting. The price was fantastic and the computer's response time is lightning fast. The optics are christal clear and the memory is massive. In choosing this computer the help I got from my local stores associate was top notch, he answered all my questions. I honestly believe he went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I was getting. I ordered it online and delivery was quick and easy. I will definitely keep shopping at the Rockhill, SC store.

Have had my laptop for a few months now and I'm personally enjoying it. Runs great, loud volume & little to no heat output even when being charged. Quality is decent, great colors but nothing insane. Battery life remaining time does alter a lot so its not usually right but it does last a long time! Overall, solid for its price point!

Amazing laptop, perfect size, easy to load and start using.

Laptop overall works well, but have severe issue with battery maintaining. Not recieving anywhere close to expected battery life. When fully charged the most I can get is 2 hours and battery continues to deplete if using while charger is plugged in. In order to charge battery, I have to close laptop and let it sit. Geek Squad has inspected and ran diagnostic check, even ordered a new charger and still unsuccessful. I will be reaching out to manufacturer as store return window has expired, this item was purchased in June 2025

The best in a long line of Book computers from Samsung. It connects to Samsung phones and TVs, and is think and light compared to comparable machines from competitors. I got the 15 inch screen this time, which I need for on the road computing (old eyes) and gave the 13.3 inch to spouse. You can upgrade the SSD, although 512 Gigs is plenty of space.

This ties seamlessly into my Samsung ecosystem. Having a tab s9 fe, Galaxy s23fe, and now this. As you can see I don’t generally get the top of the line products. That’s because all my needs are covered. The battery life on this laptop is sufficient. Handles everything, except my touch screen needs. But at the price I got out $499 I couldn’t say no.

Great laptop. Very fast and light. I like the power suply it is not too bulky.

The Galaxy Book does a decent job for most of the functions and tasks needed for at home work and activities, and purchased for a good price.

Nice machine for the price. Setup was smooth and has worked well so far. Purchased a month ago and have had no issues. Screen size is nice, keyboard feels good. Touchpad is not as nice as Apple laptops but is good for a Windows machine. Would purchase again if looking for Windows laptop in medium price range.

This has by far been the best laptop I have owned to date...love the style and ease of use

Great laptop for everyday use! I purchased this same one about 2 years ago and it's still running like new. I purchased this one for my daughter and she loves it. Mine is over 2 years old and I have had zero complaints about it and it's still running as well as day one. Highly recommend if you are looking for a laptop under 1K.
