Bought this as an "open box" item and so far I have had no issues with it. I love SAMSUNG products and so far it has not disappointed.

I honestly wasn’t expecting this computer to work so well! I only really use it as a gaming computer for sims 4 ( I have almost every expansion pack but I keep it on a separate hard drive) and my load screens are almost none existent and the screen size is fantastic

Quality product. I got it on sale for $599.99 and I've had it for about a month so far and no issues. I also haven't had any loading issues, but to be fair I haven't tried any high demand tasks besides some light video editing.
