    Quality product. I got it on sale for $599.99 and I've had it for about a month so far and no issues. I also haven't had any loading issues, but to be fair I haven't tried any high demand tasks besides some light video editing.

    Great screen resolution. Occasionally unable to scroll down using arrow key. When scrolling down, various items of news jump and change inexplicably.

    I have only had this computer a day, but I charged it fully, unplugged the battery at 9am, and it was on 25% in 5 hours (after I put it on battery saver 3 hours in). Not sure why people rave about the battery life. That was one of my deciding factors as it said 10-14 hours, and I barely got 6.
