Operating system takes up 250G, so realistically you're only getting 250gb. I will never purchase Samsung again after this. It is fast for now. Also not an exact 10 key as most keyboards, that is necessary for my job. I wouldn't recommend this unless you have $600 to waste. Stick with Lenovo.

Samsung Firmware needs work!

Screens need to be adjusted for various web sites. Default font size is too big for screen Windows ICONS. When using direct RJ45 ethernet connection, Copilot (only) cannot see the internet. Network reset fixes the issue but returns after power off. Works OK with WIFI.

Stopped working - Super disappointed

It won't even turn on, has been sluggish since I purchased it. I wasn't smart enough to buy a warranty so I am just stuck with a non-working laptop. I wouldn't recommend this laptop to anyone.

If your Samsung PC will not start or turn on, it probably needs a quick charge. On the other hand, if the laptop is not charging or the charger doesn’t seem to be working, or you have a desktop with power issues, then you’ll need to check the power source and some other possible causes.
