Excellent processing speed and long lasting battery

Awesome laptop for the price and the antiglare screen is just what I needed. Setup was fast and easy.

I purchased this for a family member. The build quality is nice. Not a lot of bloatware. CPU and Memory keep things snappy when multitasking. The 2 USB C and 2 USB A ports are nice AND it has an R45 jack for plugging into a network!! For everyday use, this is awesome. For gaming, probably not. I give it 5 stars, doesn't mean it's the fastest laptop in the world, but for the price and target use, it exceeds expectations. I am considering buying another one for my wife.

Impressive looks that are matched by speedy performance. Lightweight, yet has a very sturdy feel. Keyboard as well as trackpad are highly responsive and screen is simply brilliant. Very quiet - so that's an added bonus for media viewing.

Laptop overall works well, but have severe issue with battery maintaining. Not recieving anywhere close to expected battery life. When fully charged the most I can get is 2 hours and battery continues to deplete if using while charger is plugged in. In order to charge battery, I have to close laptop and let it sit. Geek Squad has inspected and ran diagnostic check, even ordered a new charger and still unsuccessful. I will be reaching out to manufacturer as store return window has expired, this item was purchased in June 2025

I love this laptop. My old one broke, and this was easy to transition to from a user perspective. It allowed me to easily transfer information and setup, and the speed of the laptop is amazing.

The Samsung Galaxy Book4 exceeded my expectations. The Intel Core i7 and 16GB of RAM make multitasking seamless — I can run heavy apps, dozens of browser tabs, and video editing software without a hiccup. The 15.6" Full HD display is sharp and vibrant, great for both work and streaming content. What really surprised me is how light and slim it is — super easy to carry around, yet it feels solid and well-built. Battery life easily gets me through a full day of light work (1/2 heavy design day), and the boot-up speed is almost instant. If you want a sleek, high-performing Windows laptop for productivity or creative work, this one nails it!!

Got this on sale as a graduation present for my son. Seamlessly integrates with his Samsung phone and his new buds pro he got for Christmas. Sleek design and powerful hardware make this a great college level workstation.

I really like this laptop! It's just the right size for travel and still have everything on it I need. Battery life is great! I like it so much, I bought my wife one! Lol

I purchased this as an upgrade to my old laptop. The Intel Core 7 is much faster and runs multiple applications with ease. I also like the fingerprint sensor and have found it to work reliably.

The Samsung Book4 laptop is the least expensive of the Samsung models but it packs a great deal of processing power and features. It is well made of aluminum shell, backlight keyboard, and nice screen resolution. It projects quality much like the Apple MAC. Only feature not available it does not have a touch screen, like the MACs. The seamlessness of connectivity to other Samsung devices is not quite as advertized. This is a great affordable laptop for most uses. Love it!

I bought this computer strickly for my coin collecting. The price was fantastic and the computer's response time is lightning fast. The optics are christal clear and the memory is massive. In choosing this computer the help I got from my local stores associate was top notch, he answered all my questions. I honestly believe he went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I was getting. I ordered it online and delivery was quick and easy. I will definitely keep shopping at the Rockhill, SC store.

This is def a great buy, I recommend it and utilize it on a daily. It is fast, screen is bright and light.

Laptop is good. Gets the job done - mostly. My only complaint is that sometimes it "thinks" way too long. This happens when I open the computer after its been sleeping with lots of windows open. I'd love to know how to fix this, as I don't like to close windows when I'm in the midst of a project.

I bought this computer for my daughter to take to college and her dad, an IT guy, was so impressed he bought one for himself. They both have loaded them with programs and they are still very fast. Will buy another for my next college student this fall.
