Great computer for school and for my designing class

Very stylish and exceptional touch feeling on keyboard. No problem to play heavy scale of game! 100% satisfied.

Jumping to window 11 and to my first Samsung laptop was concerning. So far I've been pleased with the ability to customize things to suit me. Time will tell.

This laptop has great battery life and so far has been amazing for college. I’m a cs major and it gets the job done. Only downside is it’s a bit big and heavy but it’s pretty slim.

I absolutely love this laptop. I originally got the HP and within a month I had to take it back for issue. I ended uo returning it and getting the Samsung, and I have never been happier with a computer.

This laptop has been exactly what I need at work and at home. The battery life tends to be a little less than I desire - about 3 hours. The charging cord only connects to one side making it a bit awkward at times. Other than that, the laptop works great and feels quick and smooth allowing me to get work done away from the office which has been great.

Great laptop for the price. I bought this Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Intel Core 7 on sale. Light and thin. And has a metal body.

Great laptop for the price, we bought it for a middle schooler and we still think it's an overkill, for that kind of specs, works great, great battery life

Excellent product, great price and quality, practical for school assignments

I had an issue with the original one purchased. It would not turn on or recharge after less than 2 months. After spending hours on phone with Samsung tech support they did agreed to fix or replace it. The problem was it had to be shipped back to them, and they would take care of it under warranty. They would not guarantee when I would get the laptop back (it could take weeks). I went back to Best Buy and they exchanged it for a new one and transferred my data to the new laptop with the Best Buy Total protection plan. I would highly recommend buying this plan if you decide to purchase a laptop. This model also doesn't have touch screen, I'm sorry I didn't get.

I replaced my 8 year old laptop with the new Samsung. I'm pleased with the updated features that provide faster processing. And the price was very good.

I absolutely love this laptop! Great gor all my needs as a student and for home needs as well for organizing finances. Samsung is my brand of choice for anything!!! You cant go wrong with samsung ❤️

Good little machine. Gets a but overloaded when many programs are open and i have a but if difficulty with my docking station but i think that relates to settings or a bad HDMI, just didnt occur with my last laptop. Overall a very solid machine for the price.

Picked this beautiful machine in the store, ready to go. Very happy not having to wait for delivery and getting up and running very quickly, with a simple out-the-door purchase. The brick-and-mortar stores are so convenient, we never want an online only commerce world.

This is a nice laptop for the money. It works well for the light use it will get. Screen is bright and crisp, sound is good. Very thin and lightweight so easy to travel with.
