The Samsung Galaxy Book 4 laptop is INCREDIBLE! I have never owned a Samsung produce before and was reticent about purchasing it; however, I am very pleased with my decision! I like it a lot. I used to use HP as I only do basic home stuff but latest HP purchases had lots of issues so dumped those and got Samsung laptop at a good price on the open box listing. My phone and watch are Samsung and all wok great!

It was easy to order but felt a little to long for the pick up. the pick up line was longer and much slower than the regular cash regesters. I was under the impression it would be quiker but as they say there is a first time for everything. product was great 5 stars.

Needed a new laptop since my aging HP was getting tired. I have several other Samsung products and figured I would give the Galaxy Book a try. I was not disappointed as it fills all my needs and then some. Was not expecting it to sync to my phone, a nice added perk. As I've learned in the past, you can't go wrong with Samsung.
