The GLaxybook had a tutorial that made the features easy to learn and start using. I enjoy the link to my phone, and it has been able to run multiple programs seamlessly.

I brought it back so Geek Squad could have a look and Duncan? ( so sorry if I got the name wrong) and I came to the same conclusion , bad computer. The unit was swapped out for a new one . Will attempt to set up when time allows. Note: Duncan deserves 5 stars , patient and professional.
