Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's normal for the fan to get louder if the PC is working hard and should quiet down when the task is complete. Gaming and video rendering are notorious for pushing a computer. If the fan is running hard during normal use, there's a few things that can be done. Please take a look at, "Samsung PC cooling fan noise" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your PC. Gaming will work but is very limited. Memory is not sufficient for games nor are the graphics. At the time, I did not know I would be gaming as much as I am, so, if you want to game, this isn't the right choice. Otherwise, I have no complaints
