The Samsung laptop purchased is awesome. The super fast charger is very helpful when having to do updates. My former laptop was very old so the new one has given so much more flexibility.

My open-box experience with this Galaxy Book has been great!

Bought this on July 19th. But the package didn’t arrive or went missing. I have informed support about this and they said they are going to replace the item and I have to pick it up from store. After 4 days the order was still on waiting, so I have contacted the support again they said the store has no stock and they said they can refund the amount. I got a confirmation mail stating that the refund has started and I would receive the amount in 7-10 business days. I have waited 10 days and contacted them again they said they couldn’t process the refund. I have asked them why they can’t stick to one thing, a representative has transferred the call to her supervisor. He said that the refund would be credited and just wait for 24-48 hrs for the email. It’s been 3 days now and yet there is no email. I don’t get it why make me wait for this long and not solve any issue. I don’t recommend anyone now for buying anything from Best Buy. First they said I would need to pickup the replacement that failed. Then they said they would refund the amount and I also have the mail confirmation. Next thing they said was they can’t process the refund. Now they are saying that I would have to wait 2 days and now it’s the 3rd day. Yet I don’t receive any mail but the support team says refund has started. All I have to say is why waste my time for all these days and make me call and chat with them for like 10 times.

Even that wasn’t the 1 choice it has deliver very good performance

Battery life is horrible (3-4 hrs). Fingerprint ID doesn't work. Mousetrack pad is too large and off center so the right hand drags on it or inadvertently clicks the cursor. I'm so disappointed and wish I had bought the Dell I had been looking at.

I love my new laptop. Is very fast and works great. Samsung once again is proved to be an excellent brand

This laptop works very well and Best Buy was very helpful in setting it up for me. I have only one complaint it sometimes doesn't play the audio through the blue tooth devices that I sync it with although it shows that it is linked.

laptop is just fine - shopping experience from order to pickup was a breeze. I did come in first to see/touch the laptops, get an idea of durability, weight, etc.

This is a replacement unit for a warranty. It works fine, but disappointed it doesn't have the touch screen & it is much heavier.
