Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you don't really use a certain app or need to make some space on your PC, you can remove apps you don't want. However, some preinstalled or Microsoft apps cannot be uninstalled. Here are the steps you would take to remove your unwanted apps: 1. Select Start, begin typing Add or remove programs, and then click it when it appears. 2. Select More options (the three vertical dots) next to the app you'd like to remove. (On Windows 10, just select the app.) 3. Select Uninstall, and then select Uninstall again to confirm. Be sure to check out, "Install or uninstall apps on your Samsung PC" if you would like more information.
