The Samsung Galaxy Book4 has been an excellent all-around laptop. So i got this laptop about 3 months ago back in august, and it is still going strong. Im not super knowledgeable about computer stuff, but im able to do everything i wanted to do with it. Im able to do my schoolwork, i have steam and im able to play games, i dont really play high graphics games, but it can run phasmophobia, minecraft stardew valley, overwatch, and others but those are my main ones i play. I can watch youtube or netflix and i think it looks great compared to my phone graphics, and im even able to stream on twitch. If youre looking for a laptop that wont cost a fortune i definitely reccomend this, i bought it for myself because i just got my first job and had been wanting a laptop.

This 15.6" Samsung laptop is a fantastic upgrade from my old 14" model. I'm enjoying the extra screen real estate while keeping the sleek and portable design. It has all the ports I need, a speedy processor, and seamlessly connects with my Samsung S24 phone. I got it at an amazing price during the pre-Black Friday sale. Thanks, Best Buy!

Needed a new laptop for working at home and saw good reviews for this one and the price was alright. I’ve had for some months now and it’s amazing. Has a long battery life and I use it almost 7 hours a day. The screen is huge for a laptop and I love it. I had an accident and left a usb on the keyboard and shut it. It cracked the screens corner and messed up the screen. I contacted Best Buy and got it replaced for free due to the warranty and got it back less than a week, couple days actually. Works just like before. Highly recommend if you’re just doing simple activity.

Laptop is great, my son uses it for his online classes and we both watch movies on it and the speakers are great a solid laptop for school or just entertainment. Display is fine I’m just picky because I have an oled monitor that is 144hz and going from that to this laptop is a huge difference however this laptop has great vibration colors as well as great viewing angles. Me and my son sit shoulder to shoulder and no one complains about not seeing clearly honestly I see pretty good most of the time my son takes center and I sit in the side line but the screen is still great however what I wish they added to this laptop more usb c ports but it’s fine I’m just being picky LOL XD

Upgraded from a 2013 laptop and the speed is amazing... wow. I thought i was satisfied with my old laptop, but the 16gb of ram tells a different story. It handles day to day things with ease like streaming shows or movies, etc. I also use it to edit videos with programs like davinci and capcut. There is no lag unless I have hours of footage and effects. It's also great that I have a Samsung phone that intergrates with the computer. I'm so estatic with my purchase

This computer has definite lived up to all we hoped it would be. Its fast, its dependable. The battery life is a little shorter than I had hoped but the positive for this device outweigh any concerns, it is solidly built, it runs cool. It is a great computer. I would definitely buy it again.

I just bought this to replace a 10 year old Samsung ATIV book 4 that literally died a few months. First the good:I love the specs on this laptop and it is alot thinner and lighter than my previous laptop which is a plus. The screen is amazing. I don't like touchscreens (I have the A9+ tablet for that:). This laptop is fast which is what I love about Samsung devices. I was easily able to connect all of my current Samsung devices to this laptop during set-up. The speakers are loud enough for my use since I'm not going to be using it for gaming or anything that requires cinematic surround sound volume (that's what a tv is for). Now for the one issue that I did have: I had to replace the first laptop because it completely froze during set-up. I tried everything and even a walk-thru with Samsung tech support (they were great btw) it still didn't fix the issue. I returned to BB who quickly exchanged it for me. I was very happy with the customer service of both Samsung and BB during the return process. Definitely recommend this laptop especially if you're already a Samsung device owner..syncing makes my life so much easier.

This laptop is perfect for my college journey! Everything that I needed to be able to take classes from home. Fast, reliable, and easy to navigate.

It was an open box purchase. so far so good, the display and speed are good.

I've been using this laptop for a week now and it's actually pretty good. The non-glare screen is nice. Thou this is a 1080p LED screen it's sharp. I upgraded the SSD to a 2tb Samsung. I noticed there's another SSD slot next to it so I will be installing one for extra storage. No extra RAM slots to be upgraded. Keyboard has a nice travel, quiet and the backlit has three stages. I luv the number keys and the large mousepad. Sadly the stated battery life is less than stated. With energy saver, mid brightness and dark mode on the battery life on average is only around five hours. Fit and finish is awesome. The ethernet port, two USB-C and USB-A ports is a plus. I got this as an Excellent open box model and it's worth the price

I didnt think i would like a samsung laptop, but i do. Its quick ans quiet. I like the backlit keyboard.

I was looking for a laptop that had many different usb outputs. This fit the bill. Also came with an Intel core 7 prossesor. I do not game. I use it for work,

I wanted a laptop that could do general purpose stuff and am blown away at how good this was. I bought it on sale for ~$500 and at that price-point, it's well-worth the money. I would say paying more would make it not as awesome, but I was able to play Fallout 4 on it comfortably at lower settings I noticed the performance optimizations can greatly vary the battery life. If you set the device to its lowest settings and just web browse, the battery lasts a long while. All-in-all, exceeded my expectations. The micro SD slot and RJ45 socket for wired ethernet are very cool features for my DIY electronics (specifically with raspberry pi's)

Needed a computer for work that can accomplish what was needed, but also not something that has a cost attached that doesn't make sense. Have purchased 3 of the same one for different individuals that needed for work, and have all worked great. Have historically been a lenovo fan, but had 4 of the same one with the two hinge top and 3 of them broke at the hinge, this one opens much better and have not had any issue with it. Performs for everyday needs at a reasonable price.

Great laptop for $550. I've had this laptop for 7 months and I haven't had any issues. It's extremely light, has a great battery life and it's able to run several programs without any issues.

Got this laptop on a whim because of the deal of the day and I scored great on this guy, laptop performs really well for me for my daily task, I use it for my daily browsing and for my book keeping for my online business , the only complain i have is the numb pad has the zero to the side instead of directly in the middle since Im so used to it on my desktop workstation. Great laptop.over, its.tough during my travel international and go through tsa with no issues. Great laptop definitely recommend.
