I haven't owned a laptop in years because there wasn't one that really fit my needs. This one does. I love the screen size, the memory is decent, the SSD is incredible, it's lighter than I thought, and IT HAS A KEY PAD!!! Everything I personally was looking for in a laptop.

This laptop has been working out great for me. Big screen, laptop is feels sturdy but not heavy. Performs great as my personal computer for managing my finances and research work

This 15.6" Samsung laptop is a fantastic upgrade from my old 14" model. I'm enjoying the extra screen real estate while keeping the sleek and portable design. Great speed, easy to use, does exactly what I need it to do. Boots up quickly. I am using it for both business and personal use.

Runs well, easy to set up. Perfect for my classes and functionality is easy and amazing. The laptop is fairly light and easy to carry. Great overall :)

So far the laptop is working very well. Speed is great. I like the metal case. My plastic HP/Dell were plastic and I was duct taping it together. DIsplay is wonderful. I am using the battery saver but the battery is only lasting a few hours. Might be this individual battery. I would purchase again. Now to see how long it lasts....

I honestly wasn’t expecting this computer to work so well! I only really use it as a gaming computer for sims 4 ( I have almost every expansion pack but I keep it on a separate hard drive) and my load screens are almost none existent and the screen size is fantastic

Got this as a budget computer for school. Works very well very happy with it ive only had it for a month now will update if anything changes i have heard people have issues with the screen. None for me yet. So far so good!

I really like this laptop! It's just the right size for travel and still have everything on it I need. Battery life is great! I like it so much, I bought my wife one! Lol

Excellent computer.No issues at all.Fast.Well built.Retails for $899 but I got it on the sale for $699.Yay! I am very satisfied and happy.Also the Geek Squad yearly membership is a great value.At Best Buy they were able to confirm that my Lenovo ideapad was completely non functional.

It is good laptop, the screen has an excellent quality, the keyboard could be better but it is ok, the volume even when it is at the max is too low, that is the main reason for this 4 stars instead of 5

Laptop overall works well, but have severe issue with battery maintaining. Not recieving anywhere close to expected battery life. When fully charged the most I can get is 2 hours and battery continues to deplete if using while charger is plugged in. In order to charge battery, I have to close laptop and let it sit. Geek Squad has inspected and ran diagnostic check, even ordered a new charger and still unsuccessful. I will be reaching out to manufacturer as store return window has expired, this item was purchased in June 2025

Amazing laptop easy to use thing lightweight and very fast battery last for ever I can use it all day and still have battery the next day. Graphics look good and I would totally recommned. I love it.

Laptop is great, my son uses it for his online classes and we both watch movies on it and the speakers are great a solid laptop for school or just entertainment. Display is fine I’m just picky because I have an oled monitor that is 144hz and going from that to this laptop is a huge difference however this laptop has great vibration colors as well as great viewing angles. Me and my son sit shoulder to shoulder and no one complains about not seeing clearly honestly I see pretty good most of the time my son takes center and I sit in the side line but the screen is still great however what I wish they added to this laptop more usb c ports but it’s fine I’m just being picky LOL XD

Great computer at affordable price. The computer display is HD, very fast and efficient
