Love my Samsung laptop, easy to use, great quality and I would definitely recommend.

This the best well rounded laptop in the market for the price. The specs are exactly all you need for personal and business use and the design is excellent as well. Very satisfied.

Exactly what my wife was looking for: fast, easy to navigate, and quiet.

Bought this computer on November 15th, and as you can expect, I was excited to set it up. After setup, purchasing and installing Norton antivirus and MS Office 2024, I decided to explore Windows 11. It was then that I discovered photos and files on the computer that were not mine. Best Buy advertised and sold this computer as “New,” but this is not a new computer. I called Best Buy and the Rep (Yolanda) said they will exchange the computer. Will update later. Also, there were times when I moved the cursor to a link and left click the pad, there would be no response. I would have to refresh the page and click the pad again to get it to work. For the size of this computer, the volume is underwhelming. My ipad plays louder than this. I will exchange it for something else.

I was so exited about finally getting a new laptop. I was replacing an older Samsung, I finally bit the bullet and just bought the new one when the software I needed to use wouldn't work because it was a little behind the time. The new one has everything I was expecting and it so easy to get started. I took me less than hour to get things moved onto the new machine and when I was done, all of my Microsoft 365 tools were there and I could access all of my files in the cloud. The few questions i've had were very to find answers for.

Great laptop for the money. Using it now to write this. Perfect for my home laptop. Display is good, backlit keyboard and having a number pad on it is perfect. Only thing i wish is that it had an internal 1g ssd vs the 512 but it does have a memory slot so i added a micro 512.

GalaxyBook 4 is excellent, Samsung software is unobtrusive, speed is excellent, graphics great, and keyboard has a nice feel. Strongly recommend.

Received my new laptop today. This is exactly what I needed! Something very lightweight that I can bring to work to do my coursework. The battery life is great too. There is only one thing you should know before purchasing. If you are a big 10-key user, take a look at the layout. The zero is on the left, instead of the middle. Unfortunately I use 10 key quite a bit, so this is going to be difficult to get used to but overall I love the laptop and I'm very happy with it.

Amazing capacity! This got me through my Ed MA program while I was on a tight budget. Zoom, Teams, Google Suites, and secure internet. I didn’t use it for movies or gaming or even music but surprisingly virtual meetings went well.

I purchased this computer for work. It was what I expected. I wanted a more light computer, and the Samsung- Galaxy book4 15.6" had a good weight! So far I am pretty happy with my purchase.
