It was a decent computer but already have a laptop it was fast decently quite but it gets a four start due to battery life.

Super good! I even play modded mc on it!! I live editing photos on it. Super good overall! Though ofc the battery life with mc will be drained

Besides the fact that the hard drive is smaller than I would have hoped being only 512 GB, I am quite happy with this laptop. The fact that it has a 16GB Memory is a big help considering my old laptop had only 8GB. It is light, seems fine to do daily stuff, and while it struggles a little when I am doing too much, it is otherwise fine. Oh, it turns on every time you open it, I would prefer being able to just press the power button, but I have gotten used to it.

I love the keyboard set up on this laptop. It's similiar to the dell or microsoft. I personally don't like when the letters and keys are huge.the numeric keyboard was awesome to have as well. When it came in I didn't realize the display was that of the non-touch screen so instead of your bright almost phone-like screen that you get on the 2 in 1 laptops (laptops that fold into tablet mode and are touch screen), so I was a bit disappointed but that was my fault for not paying much attention to the pictures. When I turned the laptop on it was pretty loud. Hubby reminded me that it was due to being turned on and booting everything up. After a couple of times it was still loud and got hot after 30-40 mins. Like i said, it's possible I got a defective product or it could be due to it being only the base model as well. I've heard that the 360 model and ultra model run amazingly! In my opinion, if you're going to get a samsung book don't get the base model (book4) get the 360 or the ultra model. You get what you pay for. While yes, they are much more expensive you are also paying for better display and a flawless experience.

I'm enjoying my new laptop. I've always had a PC and it works fine, however, doesn't have W11. Bought the laptop because of that. It takes time learning all the new bells and whistles, but getting there.

I haven't brought it in to have my data transferred yet so tbh I'm not sure how much I'm going to love love love it but I'm sure I will. It looks dazzling in the box!! lol. I'm a little intimidated by it but the sales person said it was the one he would buy if he was the one making the purchase. He assured me it includes "All the bells and whistles" .....What's not to like about that? Just saying ;-)

Excellent processing speed and long lasting battery

Great computer! I dont use it for a lot of stuff just research and my own taxes I wouldn’t know how it works if i overworked it but for simple things this is amazing.

The Samsung Book4 laptop is the least expensive of the Samsung models but it packs a great deal of processing power and features. It is well made of aluminum shell, backlight keyboard, and nice screen resolution. It projects quality much like the Apple MAC. Only feature not available it does not have a touch screen, like the MACs. The seamlessness of connectivity to other Samsung devices is not quite as advertized. This is a great affordable laptop for most uses. Love it!

Great laptop for the price! Its light, it lasted quite a bit longer than the one its replacing. Screen is bright and easy to read. The fact that it has a NIC port is fantastic IMO. My only regret is that it isn't touchscreen, but for the price and how rarely I use it I can live with that.

This is a decent laptop, I have had it for over a year now and had no problems yet.

the positive : - it works fine with a good battery life, connector RJ45 the negative : - Numeric Keypad is too small (3 column) compare to my Lenovo T590 - No camera cover - Samsung app installed but No interest, like Bixby...

My experience at Best Buy was great. My salesman was very efficient and answered all question and helped me pick the right one for me. The computer is nice, loads fast and the battery is good. I would recommend it. Thank you
