I would recommend if you use for surfing the net and checking emails. I’m sure you can use it for more things but this is what my better half uses it for.

I thought the c plug charger was a little strange but has been great with all the chargers laying around the house.

Very disappointed (lagging and fan noise)

Video playback on YouTube can be infuriatingly slow, with constant lagging (same videos on my phone play fine). Plus the fan noise is high even with minimal resources being used. I would not buy this again and may be trading it in or simply junking it. Oh...and battery life is average at best.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Please check your internet connection and close any other resource-intensive programs that may be running in the background. It's normal for the fan to get louder if the PC is working hard, and it should quiet down when your task is complete. Gaming and video rendering are notorious for pushing a computer as well. If the fan is running hard during normal use, there's a few things that can be done. Please feel free to check out "Samsung PC runs slowly or freezes" and "Samsung PC cooling fan noise" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your PC. I’ve always used a Mac so maybe I just need to get the hang of this. Also, battery runs out quicker and I need to keep it plugged in.

It looks great, the specs are great, but, it constantly restarts, and half the time the restarts are slow. I walk away for 5 minutes and it has restarted. It loses WiFi connect and I have to restart. I've gotten the blue screen twice. It's only a few months old. Usually love Samsung products, extremely disappointed

If you're having an issue with your Samsung Windows PC or if it isn’t running properly, you can use Samsung Recovery to reset the device and restore it to a previous point in time. Samsung Recovery has options for creating a backup, performing a reset, and even restoring the Windows OS. You should consider creating backups regularly when your PC is running well, especially if you plan to make big changes. This will ensure that you have a stable backup available in case your Samsung Notebook model, such as your Galaxy Book or Galaxy Tab Pro S, ever malfunctions. You can also reset your Microsoft account password if you’ve forgotten it.
