I purchased this as an upgrade to my old laptop. The Intel Core 7 is much faster and runs multiple applications with ease. I also like the fingerprint sensor and have found it to work reliably.

This laptop is perfect for my college journey! Everything that I needed to be able to take classes from home. Fast, reliable, and easy to navigate.

Bought this for my daughter who is at college and has zero issues with it.

I've been using this laptop for a week now and it's actually pretty good. The non-glare screen is nice. Thou this is a 1080p LED screen it's sharp. I upgraded the SSD to a 2tb Samsung. I noticed there's another SSD slot next to it so I will be installing one for extra storage. No extra RAM slots to be upgraded. Keyboard has a nice travel, quiet and the backlit has three stages. I luv the number keys and the large mousepad. Sadly the stated battery life is less than stated. With energy saver, mid brightness and dark mode on the battery life on average is only around five hours. Fit and finish is awesome. The ethernet port, two USB-C and USB-A ports is a plus. I got this as an Excellent open box model and it's worth the price

Easy to set up. Using it with separate monitor and keyboard, but it’s own keyboard & monitor are very good.

I didnt think i would like a samsung laptop, but i do. Its quick ans quiet. I like the backlit keyboard.

Good laptop for the price--currently at $529. Decent for everyday use and the 15" screen has a beautiful display. This laptop does not have a touch screen. I keep mine on my desk, but if you have to carry it around it is thin and does not weigh much.

This is not a technical review, I am not qualified to offer that sort of thing. Laptop is light for its size and runs pretty fast (although I am coming from a model with 4GB of RAM so that tracks). Battery life has been good so far, although I am rarely, if ever, far from a charger to the point where battery life becomes an issue. I did not notice it lacks a touchscreen prior to purchasing and that has been the biggest quality of life issue coming from my last laptop. This is a good budget laptop. Webcam is not great but still shows me, if a bit underexposed. Keyboard is backlit, but kind of annoying to type on for extended periods, but I don't really write essays, outside of the occasional best buy review. If you're in 3D graphics, engineering, or other technical programs, you probably already know you need better specs, but most other college students would do just fine with this item.

Bought this online and quickly was able to pick up this product at my local best buy! Only took about an hour for this order to be ready! This galaxy is the way to go if you're looking for a budget friendly and up to date laptop. With the specs on this laptop is really good for this price. Thank you!

Greatly improved picture. Very fasst. (Of course I also credit my expensive fiber optic internet.) Easy to operate. However, I am not yet sure that I needed the Windows 365. Battery doesn't last very long for a new laptop

Great laptop for $550. I've had this laptop for 7 months and I haven't had any issues. It's extremely light, has a great battery life and it's able to run several programs without any issues.

Samsung makes some of the best-quality laptops available, with standout displays and strong overall build quality. I also appreciate the price Best Buy is offering.

It works fine and does its job. The battery life is decent as advertised when not running heavy applications. The fan noise is slightly irritating. I’m also not as comfortable with the track pad because it’s minimalist design makes it hard to recognize the zones.

This Samsung-Galaxy Book4 laptop is a great buy, Very sharp screen image, fast, and with lots of memory.

Works ok. I think the battery life goes down fast. Was supposed to be compatible to what we had but this one is NOT a touch screen. I do like the matte screen though.
