Awesome machine - fast - easy set up good battery life

Great little notebook that i easily set up myself. Lightweight & easy to move around. It replaced my old Toshiba notebook that I dearly loved & didn't want to part with but it is so fast & easy that I am very glad I did. A good replacement choice!

I love the screen size, weight and overall look of thr computer. Battery life is also great. The keyboard and mouse placement take a little getting used to.

This is a very good laptop. Its fast and efficient and does everything i need it to do. Very sleek and light. The only grip that i have is the battery life isn't that great.

Amazing screen, really nice color and pretty good refresh rate, the keys are comfortable and its not too hefty to hold. Definitely not a gaming laptop but will run games pretty smoothly, co-pilot is also incredibly fun to play around with.

The Samsung Galaxy Book 4 has been excellent for multitasking between work and school. I particularly appreciate its integration with the Samsung ecosystem—features like Multi Control and Quick Share make switching between devices effortless. I have it paired with both my Samsung tablet and phone, and the connectivity is a huge convenience. Battery life is outstanding, easily lasting a full workday on a single charge. Overall, I’m very impressed with its performance and would highly recommend it!

Very loght to carry and battery has good backup with good price

I absolutely love it. I bought a mini docking station to connect it to my dual-monitor home office and it works perfectly. Also unplugs easily with one cord to take to class with me. The battery lasts for most of the day when I’m traveling and not near an outlet for hours at a time. More than enough storage space if I need it, but I save everything to an external hard drive anyway after my last laptop crashed and lost everything. The resolution is also better than even some of my TV’s. I watch a lot of movies on it. Perfect for a college student and backup work laptop.

Great laptop for the money. Using it now to write this. Perfect for my home laptop. Display is good, backlit keyboard and having a number pad on it is perfect. Only thing i wish is that it had an internal 1g ssd vs the 512 but it does have a memory slot so i added a micro 512.

only a month but so far, it's been fantastic. Light yet seems durable, great battery life and easy to set up and work with. Replaced a Dell that was garbage (which in turn had replaced a very old Toshiba that started to go bad and yet STILL outlasted the Dell I replaced it with). Love it so far

Exactly what my wife was looking for: fast, easy to navigate, and quiet.

I am loving this laptop so far! It is much faster than my old hp that finally shut down on me. I really like the touch ID to get into the computer. The display is nothing special. It is good but I wouldn’t use it if you are looking for super high resolution and great graphics I don’t think this is the computer for you. I am using the computer for PA school and it is working great. I will also watch shows and videos on it and it does well. Overall I am a huge fan of the computer for doing basic tasks and running basic programs!

Nice laptop with big screen . Easy to use and fast with very clear screen

I bought this for my wife to use for work. So far she absolutely loves it. It is light enough to be easily portable but well built enough to be study and long lasting. The processor and storage will keep the laptop being productive for years to come.

Bought this computer on November 15th, and as you can expect, I was excited to set it up. After setup, purchasing and installing Norton antivirus and MS Office 2024, I decided to explore Windows 11. It was then that I discovered photos and files on the computer that were not mine. Best Buy advertised and sold this computer as “New,” but this is not a new computer. I called Best Buy and the Rep (Yolanda) said they will exchange the computer. Will update later. Also, there were times when I moved the cursor to a link and left click the pad, there would be no response. I would have to refresh the page and click the pad again to get it to work. For the size of this computer, the volume is underwhelming. My ipad plays louder than this. I will exchange it for something else.

Laptop is great! Good battery life. Decent screen.

This laptop is running quite fast, also comes with Samsung device care to pickup new UEFI/BIOS update. I also like it comes with backlight keyboard (not so common with this price range), the screen is not reflective (Matte screen). In addition, it is also lightweight. I really hope I can upgrade the storage (but not)

I purchased this as an upgrade to my old laptop. The Intel Core 7 is much faster and runs multiple applications with ease. I also like the fingerprint sensor and have found it to work reliably.

I purchased this for a family member. The build quality is nice. Not a lot of bloatware. CPU and Memory keep things snappy when multitasking. The 2 USB C and 2 USB A ports are nice AND it has an R45 jack for plugging into a network!! For everyday use, this is awesome. For gaming, probably not. I give it 5 stars, doesn't mean it's the fastest laptop in the world, but for the price and target use, it exceeds expectations. I am considering buying another one for my wife.
