The best in a long line of Book computers from Samsung. It connects to Samsung phones and TVs, and is think and light compared to comparable machines from competitors. I got the 15 inch screen this time, which I need for on the road computing (old eyes) and gave the 13.3 inch to spouse. You can upgrade the SSD, although 512 Gigs is plenty of space.

This ties seamlessly into my Samsung ecosystem. Having a tab s9 fe, Galaxy s23fe, and now this. As you can see I don’t generally get the top of the line products. That’s because all my needs are covered. The battery life on this laptop is sufficient. Handles everything, except my touch screen needs. But at the price I got out $499 I couldn’t say no.

Laptop overall works well, but have severe issue with battery maintaining. Not recieving anywhere close to expected battery life. When fully charged the most I can get is 2 hours and battery continues to deplete if using while charger is plugged in. In order to charge battery, I have to close laptop and let it sit. Geek Squad has inspected and ran diagnostic check, even ordered a new charger and still unsuccessful. I will be reaching out to manufacturer as store return window has expired, this item was purchased in June 2025

Nice machine for the price. Setup was smooth and has worked well so far. Purchased a month ago and have had no issues. Screen size is nice, keyboard feels good. Touchpad is not as nice as Apple laptops but is good for a Windows machine. Would purchase again if looking for Windows laptop in medium price range.

Great laptop for everyday use! I purchased this same one about 2 years ago and it's still running like new. I purchased this one for my daughter and she loves it. Mine is over 2 years old and I have had zero complaints about it and it's still running as well as day one. Highly recommend if you are looking for a laptop under 1K.

Thrilled! Got this new laptop to replace my aging one. It was easy to set up. Haven't had any problems with the new Windows 11. Added a fingerprint reader to make logins a breeze. Purchased it online with pickup at the Greensboro NC store. They had it ready before I could drive there. Overall, it was an excellent purchase experience.

Seamless connection to all my samsung devices. Great speed and reliabilty. Fingerprint sensor works 98% of the time Id get an external mouse, mouse pad feels like it will break with too much pressure

Excellent laptop. Speed is great, screen is nice and big, the key pad on the side is such a blessing. Love it!

This is my first Samsung laptop....have previously purchased several other popular laptops. Setting up was extremely easy and was able to migrate my Windows and MS Office settings, content, etc. The laptop is fast with processing speed, graphics are awesome for this price point, and audio is crisp sounding. No complaints at this point and happy with my purchase.

Really great laptop for simple + medium complexity tasks. I use it to practice coding and do some intense tasks. I love that it uses USB C for charging, so I can use my MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, and iPhone Pro cables to charge it. This is also great for travel needs as well, if you use USB C power banks.

Purchased for my daughter's freshman year at college. It has plenty of memory, is lightweight, and has a long lasting battery. Good value for the price!

This laptop gives high quality options for a very low price. As a loyal Dell customer for many years, I was very hesitate to buy this laptop. However, I'm glad that I did. It comes with a high resolution screen, fast processor and large storage capacity for a very low price. It's great for a student or adult.

Nice feeling keyboard with backlit keys and a secure SOC. The unique keyboard layout makes it a little hard to configure with linux distributions though.
