The computer I bought is fast and easy to use. Best buy moved all my favorities and other documents and installed useful programs. The sales staff were very knowledgeable as were the Geek squad! They made my experience easy and listened to me on exactly what I wanted.

Good price! Computer is fast but would like a larger hard drive 16 gig of memory is nice 512 gig HDD is ok. Also it would have been nice if it had dvd player/Twitter. Main thing I like it records the screen without having to buying any software.

Great product all the way around! Of course, since I was coming from a 20-year old Windows 7 laptop, I may not be the best candidate! The response time is super and Windows 11 from 7 was pretty easy. All good!
