Greatly improved picture. Very fasst. (Of course I also credit my expensive fiber optic internet.) Easy to operate. However, I am not yet sure that I needed the Windows 365. Battery doesn't last very long for a new laptop

This is not a technical review, I am not qualified to offer that sort of thing. Laptop is light for its size and runs pretty fast (although I am coming from a model with 4GB of RAM so that tracks). Battery life has been good so far, although I am rarely, if ever, far from a charger to the point where battery life becomes an issue. I did not notice it lacks a touchscreen prior to purchasing and that has been the biggest quality of life issue coming from my last laptop. This is a good budget laptop. Webcam is not great but still shows me, if a bit underexposed. Keyboard is backlit, but kind of annoying to type on for extended periods, but I don't really write essays, outside of the occasional best buy review. If you're in 3D graphics, engineering, or other technical programs, you probably already know you need better specs, but most other college students would do just fine with this item.

I bought this laptop as a gift for my sister and it is incredible, very light and fast, excellent for students

I bought this laptop for my wife who is an audiobook narrator and actor. She goes out on tour 2-5 months each year and I wanted to get her something capable but easier to carry around than the Acer Nitro 5 I got her several years ago (great laptop but on the big/heavy side). Her main use case is using it to audio record and edit on Audible and do some light video editing from video shot on her iPhone. She's had this laptop for a year now, and it's still going strong. No appreciable battery life loss and it has held up to a lot of travel. If you want a PC laptop with a competitive form factor and battery life of a Mac, you could do much, much worse.

Replaced a laptop that was not capable of Windows 11 update. Was a tremendous value at the sale price. At first I was concerned with the matte screen, but is a real plus when I use it where there is a light source behind me. I'm not a gamer, so don't need a prmium premium graphics. Does everything that I need it to do, and then some.

Love this laptop its os OS compatible with your Android phone. It is fas and runs smoothly. I highly recommend it.

It works fine and does its job. The battery life is decent as advertised when not running heavy applications. The fan noise is slightly irritating. I’m also not as comfortable with the track pad because it’s minimalist design makes it hard to recognize the zones.

Had this laptop for over a year now and it's still working like the day i bought it. Especially with me doing all my assignments daily.

A family member needed a reasonably priced computer to replace their old one that didn't support Windows 11. Picked this up for $390 a while back as an open box. It was in like new condition, so I'm very satisfied. She uses it for office work, paperwork, zoom calls, and managing her photos. For this, it works great. Build quality is excellent as with most Samsung products. I do wish it used a regular barrel DC jack instead of only have USB-C charging, simply because those seem more robust, but so far so good, and I know that's the way the industry is going. Unlike some other OEMs, Samsung doesn't include a bunch of bloatware, just a few things that were easy to uninstall. I'd definitely consider this computer again or recommend it to someone. Especially if it's under $400 - what a deal!

I am older and have been here since the computer has gained popularity and become available for the average person. I am way behind but like to use mine daily. My Samsung is great for myself and for what I do. I will never use all the options or know how to use them but what I do use is faster and all around. I am very satisfied.

Bought this for my mother. Has the memory and speed to last for few OS upgrades. Setup was easy. Only 2 weeks out but mom is happy.

I dropped my laptop by accident and that created a contusion on the laptop, a little mark on the exterior. The design overall is very nice and very light in weight but I think customers should be reminded that careful use of samsung laptops should be warranted.

Love it my last chrome book gave up the ghost I have several Samsung devices so it is nice to link them. I love the speed and the feel of the keyboard. I would buy it again if I were still in the market. It is light weight and has a large enough screen for everything.

Bought this laptop for online schoolwork. No issues, does everything I need it to. Keyboard is nice, battery life is excellent. No complaints

This is a great little laptop. Its fast, light and very portable. The only complaint that i have is I wish the screen was brighter. It seems a little dull to me.
