The super fast charger is very helpful when having to do updates. My former laptop was very old so the new one has given so much more flexibility.

I have only one complaint it sometimes doesn't play the audio through the blue tooth devices that I sync it with although it shows that it is linked.

Only purchased because it was on sale. The numeric keys on the right of the keyboard seem “off” and the +-*\ keys are in odd places. The keyboard doesn’t feel natural when you’re typing.

I’m still adjusting and learning how to navigate through things. The Geek Squad set up agent was very good and he did tell me I could come back anytime for assistance.
