I'm new to Win11 and this laptop, have been using Win 7 PC. I selected a Samsung over other brands as I prefer their flat screen TV's so give them a shot. First it was somewhat of a shock of Windows 11 and all the automatic screens that pop up to purchase various add-on's. This laptop is just fine for my limited PC requirements, the display screen is just fine, but the battery life is only about 3.5 hours, ok for me since i only use it while at home.

This is a great laptop! Easy to setup and to navigate. It has all of the software needed to do most tasks. Also a good size if you intend to carry with you.

Got this via Open Box; looks brand new and so far running perfectly. Appreciate that it's lightweight especially for its size. The backlit keyboard comes in especially handy.

Got this on sale, and i cant recomend it enough. Very thin, and being able to charge with USB C is a plus. battery life is insane, and handles light steam games with a breeze. Super impressed with the new Intel chip inside this. also, i had the Original galaxy book prior, and the keyboard had a bad clicking noise. these are much softer and subtle. There is no other contender in this price range with these specs.

This laptop far exceeded any expectations I previously had. It runs very smooth, fast and is very easy to use. The keyboard is a little shallow for my liking but I utilize an external keyboard anyway so absolutely no complaints. The built in Ethernet hookup is nice also

Great Screen, Fast Processor, Good Cooling but a mediocre battery life. Built well and keyboard + trackpad work fine.

I've been using this laptop for a week now and it's actually pretty good. The non-glare screen is nice. Thou this is a 1080p LED screen it's sharp. I upgraded the SSD to a 2tb Samsung. I noticed there's another SSD slot next to it so I will be installing one for extra storage. No extra RAM slots to be upgraded. Keyboard has a nice travel, quiet and the backlit has three stages. I luv the number keys and the large mousepad. Sadly the stated battery life is less than stated. With energy saver, mid brightness and dark mode on the battery life on average is only around five hours. Fit and finish is awesome. The ethernet port, two USB-C and USB-A ports is a plus. I got this as an Excellent open box model and it's worth the price

Purchased for daughter for schoolwork and to play her games. She loves it and we’ve had no issues with it.
