The battery is horrible and dies within a few hours of use. I have to turn my computer on battery saver all day, every day in order for me to get a good battery performance. Everything else about the laptop is fine but the battery power made me regret buying this computer.

The Galaxy Book4 Pro battery offers up to 21 hours of video runtime and supports fast charging, allowing you to reach 35% battery capacity in just about 30 minutes. If you feel that the battery life has decreased, you can use the Smart Battery Calibration feature to reset and recalibrate the battery's performance. To perform the calibration, start by closing all programs and disconnecting the AC adapter, then access the Samsung BIOS Configuration by pressing F2 when the SAMSUNG logo appears. Run the Smart Battery Calibration by clicking on Advanced in the left-side menu and then double-clicking on Smart Battery Calibration in the right-side menu. The process may take up to 5 hours, and after the battery is completely discharged, connect the AC adapter to recharge the battery. If you encounter any further challenges, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Support team for additional assistance. -Kelvin

I have informed support about this and they said they are going to replace the item and I have to pick it up from store. After 4 days the order was still on waiting, so I have contacted the support again they said the store has no stock and they said they can refund the amount. I got a confirmation mail stating that the refund has started and I would receive the amount in 7-10 business days. I have waited 10 days and contacted them again they said they couldn’t process the refund. I have asked them why they can’t stick to one thing, a representative has transferred the call to her supervisor. He said that the refund would be credited and just wait for 24-48 hrs for the email. It’s been 3 days now and yet there is no email. I don’t get it why make me wait for this long and not solve any issue. I don’t recommend anyone now for buying anything from Best Buy. First they said I would need to pickup the replacement that failed. Then they said they would refund the amount and I also have the mail confirmation. Next thing they said was they can’t process the refund. Now they are saying that I would have to wait 2 days and now it’s the 3rd day. Yet I don’t receive any mail but the support team says refund has started. All I have to say is why waste my time for all these days and make me call and chat with them for like 10 times.
