I've not used this myself, was a gift for one of the semi-adult kids, but they love it. Could have better graphic capabilities but overall a solid laptop for a decent price; totally fine for school/work.

Bought this for my wife. She finds it works very well for schoolwork. It's simple, fast, convenient to use. Excellent school laptop.

Got my Samsung laptop to replace 10+ year old work laptop. Major upgrade in the Nick of time since my old one was running out of gas quickly. Used geek squad to transfer data plus all favorite apps etc and they did an awesome job!! Phew!! Big relief to get that done!!

It suits my needs. I had some problems installing updates, but I managed to fix them.That's why I give it 4 stars. Very attractive and elegant design. It's definitely what I expected. It's been almost two months and I'm happy with my purchase.

I’ve never had a laptop run smoother for me. I’m pleasantly surprised how well it handled all of my tasks.

 I was assured that I’d receive brand-new laptops, not refurbished ones. However, the first laptop wouldn’t connect to the internet at all, despite my excellent internet connection. The second laptop had audio issues, which nearly cost me my job. It was my first day with my manager, and he had to delay my training by another week be of audio and connection issues, missing both my orientation and the training session. Due to internet inconnectivity like the previous one. Finally, the third laptop worked correctly—guess third time’s is still a charm.

My old computer finally stopped working. I had to purchase something new and I decided to go with this laptop. So far this has been great. I can't believe how good this thing works.

Very good, love the quality and design. I love the size of the screen. Sometimes the screen brightness is a bit low, but thats when i use it outside. Overall i do not regret this purchase and i love how easily it integrates with my samsung ecosystem.

Its a very simple and nice laptop, works good compared with high school laptops. Battery life its like 6 hours

Nice looking laptop with a excellent display. Love the RJ45 port on. Has one HDMI port but one more HDMI port would have been perfect to connect two external monitors.

I bought two Samsung Galaxy Book 4s this Summer at the best store in the entire world......Best Buy!! It was very easy on the eyes at first glance, but swift mouse movements and rapid window loading was everything I was expecting and more. The sleek Samsung logo did it again! One for me and one for my daughter!

Good quality, runs the programs I need it to, good for light gaming and the hdmi port for another display is very useful in my setup.

I bought in August 2024, it is fast, nice quality and plenty of space for me in school. Just in the last few days it has started to run hot and just sit on the screen stating restarting when updating

Perfect laptop for school/ entertainment/ daily tasks It is lightweight and is very decent. Will work for anything you got going on. It is nothing fancy but gets the job done, great value for its price
