Works great for what I use it for. 10 key placement takes a little time to get used to. User friendly with video guide on how to set up. Overall i really like it and it does what I need it to.

The product was pretty much what I expected. The delivery is a bit problematic because the delivery guy did not run the doorbell but left the box propped against the door so I went to open the door I had to grab it for it fell down.

Fair, it has a notebook intel 7 processor and not a laptop processor. In comparison this samsung book 4 intel 7 processor is worse than normal laptop intel i5. so dont buy it for processor lol. The screen is solid, atleast i can see from all angles. However, its been 1 month and screen flashes black, so not worth it. Samsung disappointed me

Do note* This review is about the trade in offer that was offered through best buy during this purchase. NOT THE COMPUTER PURCHASED. Very misleading and crooked. I was given an offer of $260 dollars for my HP Envy laptop. This included an additional $50 bonus being I am a Best Buy member. Low and behold I was given $0. And by the time this was established my 15 day time was up on being able to return the new one. Best buy said the processor in my laptop was different than the spec that was entered in when the transaction was done. The best buy website auto populated the model when entering it, assuming it pulled it from when I purchased it from them. But evidently not. My bad I guess for assuming, but best buy did nothing to prove that it was my error. My trade in was sent back to me and I didn't even get the $50 for the attempt. I will no longer shop Best Buy exclusively like I have done for many years now. Good riddance.

The laptop worked great for about a month before the display stopped working. I went back and forth with customer service a lot, finally sent it in (after being told I would have to drive 2 hours to the repair center) and they told me it would be over 1k to fix! Had them send it back and the entire laptop doesn’t work now, not just the display. At least before I sent it in I was able to connect to a monitor and use the laptop! I’m disappointed as a graduate student on a tight budget, now having to buy a new computer (again, for the second time in 3 months)

Had it if a short period of time and as soon as the warranty ended the hinge broke. Should’ve written a review when it happen but didnt so just a heads up for future buyers. Also the charger block/ adapter stopped working a few days after I got the laptop. Other than those things, it worked normally

The overall quality of this device was optimal but he multi tasking was a bit slow.

Had this unit only 4 months and already at repair. Wont turn on. Gotbthe runaround on real cause but they said it was resolved and sent back. It works now but 2 of the 4 rubber feet on the bottom missing.

After 3 weeks of usage, the hinge is broken. Samsung doesn’t want to warranty it saying its physical damage. It’s clear that this product has a hinge issues from other users online. I only found out after my hinge is broken.

I bought this laptop recently and I'm loving it. The screen is awesome; colors really pop and it's great for watching stuff or getting work done. Super light to carry around, runs smooth and fast, no lags even with multiple tabs. Battery easily lasts a full day. Build feels nice and sturdy. Syncs perfectly with my phone and other Samsung gear.
