This laptop is quite useful, but there isn't anything too special about it. It is quite fast, the battery life is long, and it is surprisingly light for its size, which makes it quite nice. Although a problem I have come across is that the fingerprint sensor rarely recognizes me, but other than that the computer is a great for those with a tight budget.

This is a nice laptop for the money. It works well for the light use it will get. Screen is bright and crisp, sound is good. Very thin and lightweight so easy to travel with.

Love it. Nice size and easy finger pad. The speeds are fast and have lots of storage. Excited because I do social media and uploading had become a breeze for me. Also, the battery life is great it last almost a whole day.

Awesome laptop, great battery life, i mostly got this laptop because I needed internet LAN port. Overall great product, I purchased another for my son for school which he also loves. The price was perfect for this laptop.

Good size and weight making it great for carrying and using. Keyboard excellent with ease for typing. Nice screen size, display excellent, and color and brightness are very good.

So i got this laptop about 3 months ago back in august, and it is still going strong. Im not super knowledgeable about computer stuff, but im able to do everything i wanted to do with it. Im able to do my schoolwork, i have steam and im able to play games, i dont really play high graphics games, but it can run phasmophobia, minecraft stardew valley, overwatch, and others but those are my main ones i play. I can watch youtube or netflix and i think it looks great compared to my phone graphics, and im even able to stream on twitch. If youre looking for a laptop that wont cost a fortune i definitely reccomend this, i bought it for myself because i just got my first job and had been wanting a laptop.

I bought this for my wife to use for work. So far she absolutely loves it. It is light enough to be easily portable but well built enough to be study and long lasting. The processor and storage will keep the laptop being productive for years to come.

Upgraded from a 2013 laptop and the speed is amazing... wow. I thought i was satisfied with my old laptop, but the 16gb of ram tells a different story. It handles day to day things with ease like streaming shows or movies, etc. I also use it to edit videos with programs like davinci and capcut. There is no lag unless I have hours of footage and effects. It's also great that I have a Samsung phone that intergrates with the computer. I'm so estatic with my purchase

I purchased this for a family member. The build quality is nice. Not a lot of bloatware. CPU and Memory keep things snappy when multitasking. The 2 USB C and 2 USB A ports are nice AND it has an R45 jack for plugging into a network!! For everyday use, this is awesome. For gaming, probably not. I give it 5 stars, doesn't mean it's the fastest laptop in the world, but for the price and target use, it exceeds expectations. I am considering buying another one for my wife.

Bought for my mom, who is going back to college to earn her degree at nearly 60 years old and needed a new computer. Her previous laptop was the original Surface Pro, which was *fine* but was definitely showing signs of age, and was relatively small in terms of the display. As an upgrade, this is everything she was looking for. It works really well for her purposes; boot is so fast that she thought it wasn't shutting itself down, the programs for her classes load very quickly and don't lag, and she's been streaming movies with no issue. I also installed a few simple games for her, since she loves puzzle games, and I feel like anything that could be run on a phone would have little issue running on this laptop. Unsure about anything more demanding. As a bonus, the keyboard partially lights up, which helps her see the keys when it's dark. For me this wouldn't be a must-have feature, but for my mom it seemed important.

I am pleased with my purchase. I am still getting to know the computer in it's entirety but I am loving it so far. The battery can drain quickly when playing games but otherwise the battery is great. The computer will also get hot and underneath if you play games, but if all you are doing is writing, research, and listening to music then heat isn't an issue (I haven't watched any movies or shows on it so I can't give an opinion on that). I enjoy using the keyboard, it's backlit and smooth keys for typing. The display is beautifully vibrant but may glare in the sun, I haven't tried using it near a window or outside yet. This computer would be great for writing, everyday research, listening to music on spotify, and light gaming. That's what I haved used it for so far and it's been amazing!

This tablet is awesome. It is fast, easy to set up and works with my Samsung account. And, as usual, it is Samsung quality through and through. I have a Book 4 Pro too, and this was why I bought this. This purchase was for my carry wherever I go tablet. The display is crisp. I love the lighted keyboard. And it charges fast and great battery life.

only a month but so far, it's been fantastic. Light yet seems durable, great battery life and easy to set up and work with. Replaced a Dell that was garbage (which in turn had replaced a very old Toshiba that started to go bad and yet STILL outlasted the Dell I replaced it with). Love it so far
