I absolutely love this computer! It’s compact and easy to carry anywhere. I use it for personal work and can share my documents with my colleagues that have Samsung products.

Needed a new laptop since my aging HP was getting tired. I have several other Samsung products and figured I would give the Galaxy Book a try. I was not disappointed as it fills all my needs and then some. Was not expecting it to sync to my phone, a nice added perk. As I've learned in the past, you can't go wrong with Samsung.

After many months of research, I chose to purchase the Samsung Galaxy book. It is a wonderful machine. I would recommend purchasing this.

Needing to upgrade my laptop to Microsoft 11, I new i could count on Best Buy and Geek Squad to provide the best purchase and service. Very happy customer.

I like it a lot. I used to use HP as I only do basic home stuff but latest HP purchases had lots of issues so dumped those and got Samsung laptop at a good price on the open box listing. My phone and watch are Samsung and all wok great!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my laptop. The laptop works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and performance. The screen resolution is beautiful and the amount of files it can handle makes this experience worth it.

Finally replaced my 15 year old Asus with this Samsung. The speed is beyond belief with the new computer. Graphiics are so much better and the design is easy pleasing.

It was easy to order but felt a little to long for the pick up. the pick up line was longer and much slower than the regular cash regesters. I was under the impression it would be quiker but as they say there is a first time for everything. product was great 5 stars.

Laptop is good. Gets the job done - mostly. My only complaint is that sometimes it "thinks" way too long. This happens when I open the computer after its been sleeping with lots of windows open. I'd love to know how to fix this, as I don't like to close windows when I'm in the midst of a project.

I bought my laptop over Christmas, and I have to say, it's by far my favorite purchase! It’s been a game-changer for both work and play, making my holiday season even more special.

I bought this laptop strictly for writing and doing other work. I think it's great for doing just that. I haven't tried watching any shows on it or anything else, but with the i7 it definitely helps the laptop run faster and I appreciate that.

So far, I haven't had much of a problem with the laptop itself. It's the quality of the materials that disappoints me so much. Within a week, I found a hard black rubber thing on my bedroom floor that I couldn't identify. It turns out, it's one of the feet that goes under the laptop. It just fell off on it's own, from just sitting on my bed.. Then, the edge that goes around the screen is very thin and a little loose. I'm praying that this laptop will last a year before the screen detaches and it falls apart. At first I thought this must be a counterfeit, because I have purchased counterfeit TV's, but Samsung registered it, so I have to assume it's genuine. It's strange though, because the first person I spoke to said that that was NOT the serial numbers for their laptops. Then, they put me through to someone that said it was. The reason I was talking to them, was because I tried to register it online and it wouldn't let me, because my serial numbers were LONGER than what it said they were supposed to be. They never did explain that to me. So, I still don't know if I was sold an original Samsung Galaxy Book 4 computer or if it's a counterfeit or clone. The 1st person I spoke to said that was a serial number on one of the OLDER Galaxy Models. WHAT?? For the money I spent, I sure hope it's not a counterfeit. Samsung should be building better computers that don't start falling apart as soon as they are shipped to you. The one thing I do like about this, is the lighted keyboard, but I would not recommend this unit.
