Mousetrack pad is too large and off center so the right hand drags on it or inadvertently clicks the cursor. I'm so disappointed and wish I had bought the Dell I had been looking at.

We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the performance and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If the battery just doesn't feel like it lasts that long anymore, don't lose hope. A function called Smart Battery Calibration can help reset your battery's performance and recalibrate its minimum and maximum charge so you can keep using it to its current maximum capacity. Check out, "Reduced battery life on Samsung PC" when you have the free time available to conduct some simple troubleshooting. To fix your fingerprint scanner not recognizing your data, clean the power button sensor, restart the device, and update the fingerprint driver via Samsung Update or Device Manager. You can reduce the touchpad sensitivity on your PC to "Low" in Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Touchpad if you feel as though it is too sensitive to your hand placement. However, my wife really uses it, and Samsung changed it's layout to differ from all the other numeric keyboards, so it is very frustrating to have to get used to that layout only for this laptop. Had to return it.
