I love this Book 4 and am amazed at it's speed and power. I am an older person and had used Windows 8.1 last, so am having some time adjusting with a fairly steep learning curve. Wish I had a manual for Windows 11 for Dummies. I know, I know, just Google it.

This is a great laptop for its price. Smooth not noisy like other brands. Good for everyday use and for work with a good battery life span.

Has that fancy touch that everyone looks for in a macbook but with the freedom and flexibility of a windows PC. The Intel i7 does great with all of the tabs I have open for classes.

nice improvements. Budget friendly. I wanted to pair with Samsung phone and tv, so far very nice choice. Miss having the touchscreen however the 360 is the version to get if you want touch and tablet functions.

First time owning a laptop and an adjustment period is needed. I really like it so far.

I had an issue with the original one purchased. It would not turn on or recharge after less than 2 months. After spending hours on phone with Samsung tech support they did agreed to fix or replace it. The problem was it had to be shipped back to them, and they would take care of it under warranty. They would not guarantee when I would get the laptop back (it could take weeks). I went back to Best Buy and they exchanged it for a new one and transferred my data to the new laptop with the Best Buy Total protection plan. I would highly recommend buying this plan if you decide to purchase a laptop. This model also doesn't have touch screen, I'm sorry I didn't get.

Very pleased with my purchase. I have limited knowledge of laptops, but happy with this model.

Overall a lightweight, functional laptop that has the built in samsung connectivity for sharing etc. Keyboard is not its strong suit, and the touch pad seems to have some jitter during quick scrolling.

Very good performing laptop. It is an all around good device for emails and spreadsheets.

I'm extremely satisfied with this laptop! It's lightweight and incredibly easy to carry, making it perfect for on-the-go use.
