Video playback on YouTube can be infuriatingly slow, with constant lagging (same videos on my phone play fine). Plus the fan noise is high even with minimal resources being used. I would not buy this again and may be trading it in or simply junking it. Oh...and battery life is average at best.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Please check your internet connection and close any other resource-intensive programs that may be running in the background. It's normal for the fan to get louder if the PC is working hard, and it should quiet down when your task is complete. Gaming and video rendering are notorious for pushing a computer as well. If the fan is running hard during normal use, there's a few things that can be done. Please feel free to check out "Samsung PC runs slowly or freezes" and "Samsung PC cooling fan noise" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your PC. Only purchased because it was on sale. The numeric keys on the right of the keyboard seem “off” and the +-*\ keys are in odd places. The keyboard doesn’t feel natural when you’re typing.
