Battery life is horrible (3-4 hrs). Fingerprint ID doesn't work. Mousetrack pad is too large and off center so the right hand drags on it or inadvertently clicks the cursor. I'm so disappointed and wish I had bought the Dell I had been looking at.

Made an appointment for Geek Squad to set up my new laptop. Appointment was on time. Set up was done in a day. I was able to get my laptop back quickly.

I liked best buy for when I was looking for a laptop, I could pick what options I wanted. This is better than other sites I used because you don't have to buy whatever they offer. On best buy you use the filters to only get what is important to you. It narrowed it down to two laptops making it easy to decide.

Purchased this for my wife this Christmas. She absolutely loves it, uses it for work and has had no issues with it.

I love the laptop is very neat and nice. However sometimes when it updates it takes a qhile for it too turn on or even off. But nevertheless its a pretty good laptop.

Great value for money, extremely thin, love that it is aluminun. Only downside is the RAM is not upgradeable/removable, not sure if this is mainly due to how thin it is.
