It looks great, the specs are great, but, it constantly restarts, and half the time the restarts are slow. I walk away for 5 minutes and it has restarted. It loses WiFi connect and I have to restart. I've gotten the blue screen twice. It's only a few months old. Usually love Samsung products, extremely disappointed

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you're having an issue with your Samsung Windows PC or if it isn’t running properly, you can use Samsung Recovery to reset the device and restore it to a previous point in time. Samsung Recovery has options for creating a backup, performing a reset, and even restoring the Windows OS. You should consider creating backups regularly when your PC is running well, especially if you plan to make big changes. This will ensure that you have a stable backup available in case your Samsung Notebook model, such as your Galaxy Book or Galaxy Tab Pro S, ever malfunctions. You can also reset your Microsoft account password if you’ve forgotten it. Please take a moment to review, "Recover, restore, or reset your Samsung PC," "Cannot connect Samsung PC to internet," and "Blue or green screen error on Samsung PC" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. Worst experience ever

I have informed support about this and they said they are going to replace the item and I have to pick it up from store. After 4 days the order was still on waiting, so I have contacted the support again they said the store has no stock and they said they can refund the amount. I got a confirmation mail stating that the refund has started and I would receive the amount in 7-10 business days. I have waited 10 days and contacted them again they said they couldn’t process the refund. I have asked them why they can’t stick to one thing, a representative has transferred the call to her supervisor. He said that the refund would be credited and just wait for 24-48 hrs for the email. It’s been 3 days now and yet there is no email. I don’t get it why make me wait for this long and not solve any issue. I don’t recommend anyone now for buying anything from Best Buy. First they said I would need to pickup the replacement that failed. Then they said they would refund the amount and I also have the mail confirmation. Next thing they said was they can’t process the refund. Now they are saying that I would have to wait 2 days and now it’s the 3rd day. Yet I don’t receive any mail but the support team says refund has started. All I have to say is why waste my time for all these days and make me call and chat with them for like 10 times.

The super fast charger is very helpful when having to do updates. My former laptop was very old so the new one has given so much more flexibility.
