Battery/speed and camera problems

Since Day 1, once the battery hits 20-25%, it becomes so slow that it's practically unusable until I charge it for around 15 minutes. After 3 months of use, the built-in front camera, too, would randomly stop working and project a green screen instead. It's worth noting that I've used it for school, writing, video calls, and occasional streaming, so nothing too complex. I've tried common solutions but nothing has worked. Given its price, I'm guessing the problem is with the specific product I bought and not the model or brand. I made a mistake not returning it when I could. Hopefully, the warranty will be of help.

Don’t buy your equipment from Best Buy

Then got email it had been picked up. I tried to call to confirm whether my computer was still at the store and kept getting representatives that spoke poor English. I still do not know whether my computer is at the store or got picked up by someone who should not have it. This has been the worstcexperience ever in buying and setting up a computer that I have ever had. I will never go to Best Buy again.

The screen is hazy like the cheaper laptop options, not clear and glossy as advertised. Not only was it visually unappealing, the speed of this laptop was sub-par. For the price of this item, there are way better options!

Completely Garbage Avoid this Unit

I use the Galaxy phones, I use their tablets, and I made my decision to purchase this as I've had TWO great Samsung laptops prior. This? No way, no how. It got hung up when loading, was almost impossible to restart, it took the Best Buy associate nearly an hour to clean out my personal info (of which there was almost NONE) to rewrite it to Factory settings. Avoid. Avoid. Avoit.

I bought a openbox Samsung Book4 in excellent condition. However sent an item which did not have charger and came in some non original box. If this is their definition of open box then it is appalling. Will never buy openbox item from Bestbuy as it is not worth it. It was almost the same price as new. This company is just milking their customers.

Sometimes wifi connecting is really slow, or cannot find the internet (while my iPhone is connecting, the wifi connection of this laptop is weak)

This laptop SUCKS. It's awful. Constantly freezing, oddly large keyboard. It has been frozen for about 30 minutes now, it wont even shut down when I press and hold the off button. Huge mistake. Avoid.

And, I discover Word is not supported. I made a point of telling the seller and Greek how I would use the laptop, I am left with an expensive piece of plastic and circuitry. I fell I've been tricked. I'll never deal with Best Buy again. Also, trying to get through to and explain the problem to your clumsy on-line robot system is a fool's errand,

Samsung Apps keep reinstalling.

When I did a windows update, it reinstalled all the apps I uninstalled. It is 24 apps hogging CPUI and RAM usage. Couldn't figure out how to stop all these apps from reinstalling.

If you don't really use a certain app or need to make some space on your PC, you can remove apps you don't want. However, some preinstalled or Microsoft apps cannot be uninstalled. Here are the steps you would take to remove your unwanted apps: 1. Select Start, begin typing Add or remove programs, and then click it when it appears. 2. Select More options (the three vertical dots) next to the app you'd like to remove. (On Windows 10, just select the app.) 3. Select Uninstall, and then select Uninstall again to confirm.
