I bought this computer on vacation by force because I forgot my macbook air home. I needed to get some work and homework done but i didn't want to own 2 macbooks. This computer was the best option being the fact that I own the tab s9 and the s24 ultra. This was the best decision I've made in regards to tech in a long time. If you apart of the samsung ecosystem turning you tablet into a second screen with the click of a button is a game changer. Having the ability to use 2nd screen with effortless ability to multitask is the best. Battery life is good but not the best. Its better than most other windows laptops but not better than macbooks. Comes with a type c changer and 45 watt changing brinck. So it's not really an issue. Speakers sound pretty decent to my ears. Overall, this is a solid device. You won't be disappointed.

I bought this laptop in Dec of last year. It is fast and has fantastic colors on the screen as well as it has a lot of speed and a lot of space. I would highly recomend this model. Steve L

The computer itself is fine. Works well and looks nice. The trackpad sucks though. Super sensitive (even after changing settings) and constantly minimizes everything or does something else when I’m just trying to scroll.

Perfectly working fine. It has all the things I needed. Battery needed upgrading. It drained fast even when it was just off.

Jist purchased this junk. Cant get it to stay connected to the wifi in order to sign into the mircosoft account- horrible experience woth a lap top at this price and brand new. Now inget to drive 45 miles back to best buy in the morning and going to get an HP like i wanted hut let the saleman talk me into this pile of crap

DONT BUY THIS LAPTOP!!!! I literally made a Best Buy account to leave this review. The biggest waste of over $500…. Buy any other laptop. PLEASE. Typically I don’t care enough to leave a review, but I need to warn people not to waste their money on this computer. Without having anything downloaded on it, it’s already incredibly slow. Within a week of having it, it’s having issues like the icons in my desktop bar being invisible, issues having split screens with my monitor, and more very simple things I’ve never even dealt with on my older computer that’s 10 years senior to this laptop (only reason I needed a new one is because I shattered that screen beyond repair). Save yourself and get anything else

I have a Galaxy Book laptop computer. I started out wondering if I have the latest BIOS and, if not, wanted to update it to the latest version. After searching Samsung website for hours and calling Samsung laptop tech supports few times, to my surprise, no one knows what the official latest BIOS version is or any BIOS update utility even exists! Can anyone answer the following questions?: 1. The Samsung's official latest BIOS version for Galaxy Book4 2. Location to download latest BIOS and BIOS Update Utilility

Sorry but it broke down after 13 days - brand new computer! The sound suddenly stopped! I spent 2 1/2 hours with the Geek Squad remote service and the tech finally said there was a hardware problem. When the sound did work for the first 12 days, the quality was very tinny and sounded cheap, besides not putting out much sound. This was my first Samsung purchase. I returned it and exchanged for an HP, worth paying a little more.
