I really didnt know what i wanted in a computer and the guy who helped me was very helpful and explained all the computer things to me very clearly.

My last Samsung laptop lasted 7 years and it was seriously time for an upgrade. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the screen broke very easily.

It is very similar to operating your phone and that was a slight stumbling block from switching from a Dell and HP to a Galaxy Book. Overall great product just a learning curve for me.

We appreciate your candor as we continue to improve the performance and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. You can adjust the resolution on your PC by: 1. Select the Start icon → All → Screen Recorder. The screen recorder toolbar will appear on the top of the screen. 2. Select the Settings icon. The Settings window will appear. 3. Select Video and select the resolution you want under Video resolution. You can set the video resolution only when recording in full screen mode. Without having more information available regarding what you may be experiencing with your device and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I recommend reaching out to Support for further assistance with troubleshooting your device.
