Within an hour of using it, the touchscreen started registering "phantom touches"...and not just one or two. It was constant, multiple, and random; the closest I can come to describing it was like raindrops falling on the screen in a moderate shower.

I went to best buy to change the PC and they told me that the screen had cracked. It's frustrating because they didn't replace my PC because supposedly the screen had cracked and that wasn't covered by the warranty. They told me that they had to send it to be checked with Geek Squad and I had to pay 100 dollars for the PC check. I think the PC screen is of poor quality and I find it frustrating that I have to pay for a PC checkup. This was 15 days after I bought it and Best Buy had not changed my PC. Very frustrating!

It cracked while I was putting it back in my backpack with the lid closed. Pressure on a closed lid should not damage the screen.
