The Samsung Galaxy Book4 360 blends power, versatility, and style. The touchscreen is crisp, vibrant, bright and colorful. It pivots 360-degrees so you can use it as a laptop or a tablet. The processor is ample for most home and business tasks, and even some basic gaming activities, although it should be noted that this is NOT a gaming computer for anyone who may be looking to use it primarily for Steam or other gaming platforms. [It will work with Steam, but there are laptops that are built differently to handle the stress of gaming.] Battery life is strong for all day use (unless streaming movies at full brightness, then you might not make it a full day). While the CPU might ge "mid-grade" it will not disappoint the average user. If you live in a "Samsung world" and have multiple Samsung devices, Samsung has software options beyond those included in Windows to help keep your Samsung devices connected with this laptop (for ease of data sharing, synchronization, messaging, calls, etc.). 512GB of SSD is enough storage for those living in a streaming/cloud environment but won't be enough storage if you locally save large images, videos, CAD drawings, etc. at high resolution. But again, plenty for the average home or business user. The processor has more than enough power to multitask and ensure years of practical life. One drawback, if you use an optional S pen, there is no onboard storage--something offered on early Samsung laptop products. On the plus side, because this is a 15.6" laptop it comes with a complete number pad for those who hate using the top row keys for numeric tasks. And...the keyboard is illuminated! Ports are a bit limited with two USB-C and one USB-A. Weight is in-line with a metal-based 15.6" laptop. Wifi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 means this laptop is ready for modern wireless tech that will still be relevant 5 yrs from now. Out of the box setup is easy and is ultimately controlled by Windows' startup experience (create a user account, turn on/off optional stuff, connect to wifi, etc.) and is no more or less frustrating that with any other brand. I can say with confidence, and 2 other Samsung laptops in my household, that Samsung quickly became a dependable and favorite laptop brand of mine.

The computer is fine but the Best Buy Customer Service is terrible. Basically they talked me into a service agreenent with their tech support. I thought about it and I called then 5 days later to cancel it because I decided I didn't need it. The pro rated my over $200 spent because they said I used it. I hadent even set up my computer until 10 days after I bought it because I work out of town and didnt have time to set it up before I left. I am still fighting with them to get my money back. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM BEST BUY! They are shady when it comes to giving you back your money. And I make sure to tell everyone I k ow how they will be treated by Best Buy.

The Samsung Galaxy Book 4 360 is a fantastic replacement for my work computer. Previously I was using a Surface pro but this is certainly a very nice replacement. Since I’ve been using a “tablet” the sturdy build of this laptop is a nice change. To begin, the machine feels very well built while being very light yet very sturdy. The hinges in some laptops feel too loose however these have just the right amount of resistance. It’s also just a tad thicker than my Surface with my keyboard attached. Turning on the laptop the first thing I noticed was the beautiful display. One of the best I’ve seen if not the best. As I was getting everything loaded up I noticed an actual full keyboard! The number keys are on the side like a desktop keyboard while not impacting the size of the normal keyboard buttons. After setting up I noticed a bunch of Samsung apps and features outside of Windows so it took a while to suppress all of that because I just want basic Windows functionality. I’m sure if I used it for other things those would be fine. I’m also not a fan of any AI software but the new copilot might convince me otherwise. I haven’t enabled it yet but plan to check it out. I’m by no means a technology savvy person so the features of Intel 7 and processors means nothing to me however I can tell you from owning pricy laptops in the past, this one is faster, no lag that I can tell. The battery seems appropriate for the screen beauty and size. I got almost 8 hrs on my first day I should note that I am not browsing or playing games, just boring work. The touch screen is nice, I have a mouse on mine but still catch myself using the screen. Overall for the price, functionality, speed, light weight and screen I give this 5 stars.

Worse computer I have ever owned. Screen cracked while in the box, but because it was past 2 weeks BestBuy would not do anything about it. Contacted Samsung and they said nothing they could do. Then two days after, as I worked on the computer it shut off and would not charge or turn back on. Samsungs only option was to send to their facility in New Jersey. They have been less helpful from both bestbuy and Samsung. I have had the computer for 2 months. Worst brand and service I have ever received from BestBuy and a manufacturer.

I bought this item while it was on sale. Within an hour of the purchase they canceled the sale. I got my refund a week later, went online to see if there were any other good deals only to find the same computer still listed and on greater sale. I would have liked to have the computer, just not sure why they would keep increasing the sale price (as in going lower) when the product was unavailable.

THis and all other Samsung notebooks are garbage. Due to design error, the screen corners are literally exposed outside and slightest bump will crack the screen and touchpad becomes erratic. Most modern laptops are piece of crap and any laptop I used did not last more than 2 years (top) but This Samsung garbage only lasted me for few months and become unusable. I am only getting by disabling touchscreen but non-touch screen variants are several hundred dollars cheaper to the last. Kudos to messy and erraitc Samsung support, text messaging ensued between me and number of disembodied operator and sometimes all sort of different confused support personnel with last one literally telling me on the face if it is Ok to close the support giving me a gaslighting with broken laptop, high in the dry.

The Samsung - Galaxy Book4 360 2-in-1 15.6" FHD AMOLED Touch Screen Laptop - Intel Core 7 - 16GB Memory -512GB SSD - Gray is a very fast and lightweight laptop with a beautiful, bright, AMOLED screen and long battery life. It is extremely light and the 360 2-in-1 design makes it very useful for a variety of positions and locations. I mostly use the laptop for web surfing and other activities on the internet. However, I also use it for graphics/CAD programs like Blender and Meshmixer and 3D slicer programs like Bambu Studio, ORCA, Prusia slicer, etc. The Book4 was fast in all applications and provided a battery life of about 10 hours when primarily surfing and using Youtube. When using Youtube and other video applications, the AMOLED touch screen was particularly colorful. In addition to being a very fast and useful laptop, the Galaxy Book4 has several features (is closely integrated) that make it useful with a Samsung Galaxy phone/tablet. I have a Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 which is a tablet-like phone and find the combination very useful. I recommend the Book4 to anyone looking for a fast, light weight, laptop with an excellent screen and battery life. I highly recommend it for someone who also has a Samsung Galaxy phone/tablet.

Beware of Best Buy. I purchased this during an annual sale, and just 2 weeks later it was $100 cheaper. Their return policy and price match policy has a 15 day limit (much lower than any other retaielr), and I've been out of town for 9 of those days. On the 16th day, they won't offer a price match at al.

    Premium 2 in 1 laptop

Design: The first thing I noticed after unboxing was how thin it was. Especially the display. The entire laptop is metal and feels very premium. The color is a light grey. Its lighter than the picture make it seem, especially under light. Also it does not show finger prints like some of the darker grey colors do which is appreciated. It has a very sleek design that is both stylish and professional looking. Well done! Specs: Lets get the basic specs out of the way. 15.6" 1080p 60Hz OLED display Intel Core 7 processor 16gb of DDR5 RAM Intel iGPU 512gb SSD storage Display: Coming from a 14" laptop the display on this thing is big and beautiful. This laptop comes with a 15.6 inch FHD 16:9 OLED display. It only has a 60Hz refresh though. The display is sharp and clear, with great contrast and vibrant colors. Its glossy and supports touch. It also gets bright enough to the point I dont need to set to to max brightness. Overall the display really does look stunning. Its a 2 in 1 so it completely folds over to go into tablet mode. The display also supports the Samsung S-Pen but this specific model does NOT come with one. You would have to purchase it separately or get the pro model which does include it in the box. Sad to see that since it already includes all the apps for it. Keyboard/Touch Pad: The keyboard reminds me of a Macbook. It feels responsive and is easy to type on. They keys themselves do not have a lot of play in them. They respond almost immediately after you press which makes them very fast to type on. Note that since this is a larger sized laptop there is also a number pad on the right side. With that said it does throw the touchpad off center a little bit but that expected. The touchpad works well and is on the larger side of things. There is also a Copilot dedicated key to trigger the Windows built in AI. The keyboard is backlit and has 3 levels of brightness. It gets pretty bright on highest setting. It has a HD webcam but the webcam doesn't support Windows Hello so you cant not use it to unlock the laptop. Instead the power button doubles as a fingerprint reader. Based on my experience so far I've had no issues with it reading my fingerprints to unlock. It works well but I would prefer to use facial recognition with the camera. Sound: Speakers sound average for a laptop in this price range. Nothing to awe about here. They are located at the bottom of the laptop. Performance: This specific model comes with an Intel Core 7 processor, the non-ultra version. With hyper-threading the count comes out to be 12 threads. The 16GB of DDR5 RAM can handle multitasking with ease. Everything loads and responds quickly as you would expect. I noticed no lag at all. It wakes almost instantly after opening the lid and is ready to go. When it comes to fan noise, doing general every day stuff like listening to music and surfing the web its completely silent. You will hear the fans kick on if you push it harder or watch videos in HD. Especially in performance mode. There are power modes in the Samsung settings app to make the fans quieter but I didn't find that they were too loud so I left alone. Comes with a Intel wifi AX211 card so no wifi 7 but supports up to wifi 6e. I ran some speed tests on my wifi 5, 6, and 6e. Speed tests all looked good there. Note that there is a LOT of Samsung apps pre-installed along with some Google apps and MacAfee AV software. I removed a lot of this immediately but some of the Samsung apps are needed to control different features of the laptop and pen functionality if you get the pen. Battery: Obviously battery life depends on a lot of factors but I'm seeing about 8 hours with normal use. Thats with screen brightness at 75% and in best performance power mode. It charges via USB-C and goes from 0 to 100% in about 2 hours. Summary: The Book4 360 is a versatile powerhouse that excels as both a laptop and tablet. Its stunning display is perfect for content creation and consumption, making it a top choice for those seeking a premium 2-in-1 device. For users demanding even higher performance, the Pro model offers enhanced capabilities.

Sleek, Light, Large Screen, Near Great Laptop

My out of the box impression: OOHHH A Windows powered laptop, that is going to give MacBook a run for it's money physically... (yes, I am aware of the massive difference between the two OS). This laptop right out of the box, is sleek. Very thin, super light, but still ha a very very big screen. Just a couple mm short of being totally edge to edge, you are not going to get much more closer. Full touch screen, and was very responsive. I use it almost exclusively in laptop mode. Comes with a full keyboard (aka, includes the number pad... one thing that is often pulled when trying to shrink a laptop size. Large responsive touch pad for mouse functionality. And YES!!! YES!!... it is a USB-C driven power supply. No custom power supply. A tiny (approx 3"x3"x1" power adapter, with a standard run-of-the-mill USB-C to USB-C wire. Super portable. and if you need a second or third for your travel backpack, or destination usage... 100's of quality options to choose from, at reasonable prices. Standard HDMI port, and 2 USB-C ports, and one USB style port. The one nitpick I have, is that there isn't a USB-C on the right side... So depending on where your power supply position is, could need just a tiny bit longer cord. Bright screen, having no issues seeing or reading from it. I haven't physically opened the laptop, not going to. But there is no indication that this is upgradeable later on. so what you buy is what you are going to get. I could be wrong, but I am not going exploring as this is very thin, I suspect that it is a custom part layout. So that is +/- in my book. Love the thin and light weight, but also don't like that I can't fix or upgrade components. Windows 11 is pre-built, and isn't a custom version. So one go much into that aspect, as you should know what you are getting.. Windows 11. Response time is great, super quick. The hardware doesn't fill over power. Very quick Wireless network response. I would like a wired network port, but I understand the size. So a simple USB-C dongle will work when I need the wired connection. This is a great option for a new college student, should have plenty of power to last the full 4 years of college. or a travel worker... needing to do work on the go, or in multiple locations, won't weigh down the bag, and going to give you want you need.

    Outstanding Windows Laptop

This is my first Samsung PC and to say I am impressed would be putting it mildly. I use Windows sporadically as I generally prefer to stick to using a Mac. Specifically I do not like Windows laptops implementation of trackpads. To me they feel overly plastically and not at all precise. Well on this Samsung Galaxy Book this is the first Windows laptop that has a trackpad that does not totally suck! Ok, let us get a lot of the rest of the good out of the way. First, the build quality,. Unlike a lot of other Windows based laptops this one actually has a premium feet in its fit and finish. It has an aluminum body with no plastic to be found. This makes the machine have a substantial feel to it that is in no way cheap feeling. For a 15 inch laptop it is much lighter than I expected it to feel. And it's thin to boot. Bonus! There are two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports on the side one of which you charge the machine via an included USB-C charger and cable which means you do not have to lug around a sperate charger and extra cable. This is my preferred method of charging a laptop that does not rely on some proprietary charger and cable which makes me setting up my gear bag a lot simpler. Battery life is above average for a Windows laptop and charging is rather fast. The included 16 gigs of memory could be better but it's enough for light office usage and stuff like lights gaming. The 512GB of SSD storage is bare minimum and I would be happier with at least 1TB but it gets the job done with decent read/write times. The true star of the show here is the 15 inch AMOLED screen. While only a 1080p display it is rather sharp and crisp. I love it! I'm not a fan of touch screens but it's nice to know it's there if I ever need it. They keyboard is above average and so far I have enjoyed typing on it. As I mentioned earlier I prefer to use a Mac laptop but this is the first Windows machine I actually enjoy using.

First impression Ultra portable! Just the right size and weight for ease of mobility. A plus would be Cellular capable but that is not the case here. Very thin screen but the entire build feels solid. Features/Specs Evo I7 Processor. This particular processor is designed mainly for ultra low power consumption so all day basic multitasking is available with a full charge! It does offer a boost to 5.4 GHz. Limited to 10 cores vs The Ultra I7 series which offers more processing cores and faster speeds while sacrificing power consumption. Still, this laptop is not doggy with plenty of processing power. It also offers 16 GB memory paired with a 512Gb SSD expandable to 2 TB. Other Features The Amoled screen is beautiful with the 1920X1080 resolution. Colors are excellent with near edgeless frame. Video calls very good. X360 Touchscreen. Includes a micro SD Slot. 2 USB C ports. 1 USB A Port. 1 HDMI Port and headphone/mic connection. Backlit Keyboard with 3 light levels of 30,60,100%. Keys have a great feel and for me which is a favorite, includes a 10 key pad. This all fits nicely together with the touch pad. Has a dedicated CoPilot Key along with some Great Function Keys. Fingerprint Sign in with the power button. I feel that Samsung has created a great series of Book4 Laptops with lots of options.
