I purchased online through Best Buy an Open Box Samsung laptop. When it was shipped to me (a day early, thank you) - it has ZERO drivers installed. I didn't know that was why the touchscreen, touchpad and keyboard didn't work, so I call BB and was instructed to drive 20 miles to the nearest BB, where I spent 2+ hours waiting for all the Drivers to be installed because they wiped the computer but never finished the install. I'm still struggling with Drivers on my own - My audio input (microphone) driver is incomplete and 3 hours on chat with Microsoft, 2 on chat with Samsung and another hour on chat with Best Buy and my options are to PAY $40 to take it to BB or reset the laptop, so that would be another afternoon away from work and paying more for something that should be here. I love the laptop and I'm not complaining about Best Buy. But this is a little much. Tech support in store - Josh - was amazing.

Pros: slim, sturdy, aluminum frame like Macboook, screen folds into a tablet mode, touchscreen, USB-C Charging, OLED Screen! Cons: Battery Life, keys are low profile like Macbook, Basic Video card (not a gaming laptop).

The touch screen is so responsive and it surprised me that it came with an extremely fast charger, and also if you have any samsung phone with a stylus it works on the laptop too.

The Screen is Phenomenal, although the battery life and the speed does not match the price at all. Lags and Jitters are inevitable(even from lots of chrome tabs)... not suited for editing purposes or heavy loads. The Screen is Beautiful for Movies and the Speakers are one of the best in the market.

This laptop is amazing. Does it all. It is a bit more advanced than my older laptop which was a Dell Inspiron so gettung used to it, but love it!

I think is the best laptop I ever have. Just one thing, the sensor for the fingerprint sometimes didn't read the fingerprint. But everything is fine.
