This is the 4th Samsung laptop out office has purchased. Easy to use, fast & reliable. Our clients love the easy to use touchscreen.

Everything is great but the touchpad is mediocre keeping it from getting the 5th star.

For me a techie guy, it's an "acceptable" product, understanding all the drawbacks of the ARM64 architecture. But being ARM-based, it does have significant drawbacks with respect to compatibility issues with a lot of existing Windows x86-64 apps and this is going to be a difficult problem for both Qualcomm and Microsoft to address down the line. Performance in native ARM apps is just okay, compared to similarly priced x86-64 laptops. When emulated it's obviously significantly worse. If this was priced say below 700 ish, it would be a good Chromebook alternative for the average laptop buyer. However, above that it's just way too much. You might say "but Apple" - the thing is, Apple's advantage is that they have a tight grip over the entire chain and exerts their authoritarianism on its platform's developers to re-compile all of their apps to be ARM compatible, but Microsoft and Qualcomm have no such sway. Battery life... is not much better than an equivalent Meteor Lake laptop that is cheaper and does not have any of the compatibility drawbacks. All-in-all, not worth it for the non-tech enthusiast unless as I said it was priced well below 700 and considered a Chromebook replacement with Windows interface. Specific to the Book4 Edge, the AMOLED display has great colors but the latency is horrible. Input lag is noticeable.

Was ok. Tried for the co pilot. Wasnt as good as they made it out to be.

Purchased this a day ago and tried my best to like this pc because the styling, display and sleekness I really love but ran into one big issue. It will not allow my printer to install. I have the HP color LaserJet pro MFP M277dw and no matter what I do, at the 99% complete level, it comes back with an error "An install operation took too long to execute. This is a fatal error preventing product use." I've used the disc to install; downloaded the latest software/drivers for the printer from HP the site and same message appears at the same point. One thing is correct, it took little over an hour for the install to go from 3% to 99%. I never had any problem on any pc's prior to this one. Tried this install four different times, 4 different ways and I quit!!!! Returning PC tomorrow!!

This laptop offers well-rounded capabilities, but its value proposition is lacking when compared to similarly priced alternatives. If the new CoPilot features are a priority, I highly recommend considering the Microsoft Surface as a superior option.

This has an ARM64 based processor like some Surface products. Even with Windows 11 for ARM, it is not compatible with most Canon printers, some anti-viral programs (Norton requires a 9 step technical process to install an alternative product), and other programs not written for ARM64. Also, Microsoft tells me the Windows 11 version installed has not been released to the public, only to "insiders." It took an hour for them to get it to start to update, and it is still a in beta. Otherwise, it is a very pretty machine. Returning it.

Don't buy. Laptop boots into black screen of death randomly. The only way to recover is to do a Windows "Reset your PC" when it fails to boot 3 times. Only to happen again after you get a few days. I lost data over it. Check the reddit and Samsung Community forums: Issue has been there since May and problem is still not resolved. Speaks volume about the manufacture support. Stay away.

If you like the blue screen of death, buy this computer. Microsoft has an issue with their update that causes this computer to throw a blue screen, requiring you to reinstall windows every time. Turning off updates buys you a day or two, but windows forces the update through and you have to start over again. After doing this 5 times, this computer is going back.

I waited over 2 weeks to receive my order that i should've received 2 days after placing the order. Today i find out that my order was canceled. This has been the worst experience ever. I can't get in contact with an actual store for help and when i showed up to a store they were very unhelpful.
